I'm not quite sure when it was made....By the looks of it sometime during the 90's. Don't know where it was made. Probably in some asian country ( China, Koreea, Taiwan etc.) It has 21 frets a S/S/H configuration, one volume knob, a tone konb, a tap and a 5-way switch. It has a 3-Ply pickguard, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, standard Die-cast tuners and a standard tremolo system

My music style is rock, hard rock and classic rock. and i must say it suits me fine. it has a more bright sound rather than full or rich.
It wasn't new when I bought it so I'm not sure if the pickups are the original ones ( although I think they are!) and the the middle and neck positions tend to be a little bit noisy (especially on hi gain) but that is the case mainly when there is some kind of interference with other electrics. My main dislikes are the single coils, which I think I'll be replacing soon

Again I don't know because I didn't buy it new. When I bought it it was in very good shape, the action was good , bridge was routed, only the pick ups needed a little adjustment. The only flaw I can thik of is the noisy pickup switch.

Yes, it has and it will withstand live playing. I've had it for about an year (although I estimate the guitar is at least 7 years old) and i extensivly gigged with it. The hardware looks solid, the volume knob looks a bit fragile though, strap buttons are OK, and I guess you could gig without a back up.

I think this is a great guitar not only for beginners and amateurs but for advanced players too. If it was stolen I doubt I would find another one to buy being the only Hohner I know of in my city. All in all, a great guitar. I'm really glad I bought it

ive played 4 years ive got a crate 212 combo, and many effect pedals
i would have asked if i could get it in a cream color.
i would find the bastard and kick thier ass and get my guitar back.
i love the tone , over all sound the range of things i can do with it.
i don't have any dislikes. sound and looks are greatest.
i compared to epiphone ES 135 (too much) and both a fender strat and telecaster they didn't have what i really wanted.
EMG pickups
if you see this guitar give it a try

I'm not sure what year it was made but I'm pretty sure it was made in the mid 90's. It's a strat model with 21 frets and a rosewood finger board. It has one volume, one tone, a tap, and a five way selector switch. it's pickup configuration is S/S/H. I'm not sure of the make of the original pickups but it doesn't matter cuz I replaced them which you will have to too after about 6 months. Presently I use a DiMarzio Super 3 distortion humbucker on this sucker, which makes it sound incredibly wicked when in drop D. So except for the pickups this thing is great.

With the new Dimarzio humbucker it suits my musical style perfectly. I play a mixture of many styles of music. Think Hot Water Music meets The Dillinger Escape Plan with a little bit of AFI and Tool thrown in their for good measure. I use a Fender '72 Bassman Ten amp with a boss super distortion pedal. Again the pickups that came with this guitar blew so you'll have to get them replaced which didn't bother me at all cuz I like to buy cheap guitars and upgrade them anyway.

The setup was nice but I don't know if it was the factory setup or not because I bought it used. As for the pickups, they were okay for about a 6 months or so then they started to get really buzzy, so I replaced them with a DiMarzio Super 3 humbucker and I am presently looking for a few good single coil pickups. Really the only problem with this guitar is at times the pickup selector can be a little noisy, but it's nothing to get all wired up over.

This guitar is built like a tank. I've had this guitar for about 3 or 4 years now and it has survived numerous drunken attacks while playing live. I have seriously slammed this thing on the ground as hard as I could and picked it back up and started playing with no problems at all. I use this as my main live guitar and I will continue to do so as long as I possibly can. The strap buttons completely sucked, they just fell off one day while I was playing, but I quickley had them replaced and since then I haven't had a problem. I would not use this at a gig without a backup mainly because I NEVER play live without a backup.

Again, I bought this used so I've never had to deal with Hohner.

I've been playing for about 3 or 4 years now and the only other guitar I own is a Fender Toranoda with two atomic humbuckers which I absolutely hate. If this guitar were stolen I would cry for hours and probably buy a new one and make all the same upgrades again. This was actually the first guitar I ever bought and I still like it better than my fender which really pisses me off because I paid about $800 for the fender and about $160 for the hohner. I just like the feel of this guitar more and the fender I bought buzzes waaayyy too much. I just wish that this guitar came with DiMarzio pickups instead of the shitty factory ones. Overall this is a pretty good guitar for a really good price, but with a few upgrades it is a GREAT guitar which I would rather be castrated than give up.
