This is a single cutaway Les Paul Jr. copy. Probably mid-80s? Two pickups, one volume, one tone, three-way switch. 22 fret maple(?) bolt-on neck with real rosewood fingerboard, frets are rather small, but well finished;
The body is made of very nice rock maple, tobacco sunburst. Great finish.

There was no sound when I got it, since it had no bridge or tuners! I installed an aftermarket compensated wrap-around. Bought some good quality tuners off eBay for $10.00.
It had a pair of crummy humbuckers on it, which I replaced with some DiMarzios I had lying around.
It now sounds amazing! Very easy to play, though it weighs a ton (due to the maple body and massive bridge.) Great sustain, it sounds like a Les Paul should.

unknown setup - two 6 year olds were using it for air-guitar while bouncing on their bunk-bed when I asked their Dad if it was for sale...!
seems to have the original pots and switch, which work fine.

Definitely gigable. The finish is great. Perhaps this is a Tokai-made clone?

I've been playing 30+ years. Have many other guitars - Fender, Gibson, Gretsch. I bought this guitar to have something to knock around. Assembled from spare parts to an extent, I guess I've put about $100 into it, getting a new bridge, tuners, etc. But, it's turned out to be a great investment: the guitar sounds and looks great. So kids, if you see one of these, pick it up. Forget those
cheap Epiphones that are everywhere now - they are junk compared to this.
