It is a copy of Gibson SG, and a good copy it is..
I believe mine is made in 1971. As far as I have been able to find out it was between '70 and '74, because there was some modifications before and after that period. Made in Japan. Solid body, mahogany I think.. 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid inlays and white bound edges.
There are two humbuckers with separate volume & tone controls, and a 3-way switch. A bigsby-style trem with separate string tensioner.

It's got a beautifull rounded tone when playing clean, and heavy crunch when in OD. I play anything between sixties rock to metallica, and this guitar works great for anything. Specially Metallica sounds good...

I've had this guitar for 15-16 years, it was my first love. :-) when I got it it was a mess. The body was painted ugly by amateurs, the trem-arm missing, electrics a mess and the frets worn..
I've spendt a lot of time restoring it, and now it's in 90% perfect condition. Only the paint job is different from when it was new.
String action is very low, but not buzzing.
I don't know how good it was when it came from the factory, but now it's a good 10!

I have used it live, without backup, and will again. The guitar is older than me and still everything is working. All hardware is original, exept the 3-way switch. It has survived 33 years of (ab)use without breaking down, so I'm guessing it'll work for many more years.

I've been playing for 15 years+-. Currently using my 2354, a hughes&kettner edition silver amp, metal zone, and a Ibanez grx170.
I would definitly try to get a new if it was stolen, but where..? :-\
I love the playability and the sound of this guitar. The neck is just perfect for me.
I have played on more guitars than i can remember since I started, but I always seem to end up with this one..
