Sound : 10
First of all - she's a real beauty! Both the sound and the looks are overwhelming. I played many Les-Paul-alikes until I got this one and I need not play any other one. The pups have lots of balls and meat. Never as woody and muddy as Gibsons and not as amphoric as ESP/EMGs. I sold my Epiphone LP Custom for a Gibson SG to get a more modern sound and bought the Ibanez as a backup. Meanwhile I changed it the other way round and play the Ibanez onstage using the Gibson as backup. I can't stop thinking of buying a second Ibanez just in case...
Setups. I use a Kitty Hawk Junior amp for rhythm stuff and a Laney VH100R for lead works in the studio. Lazy as I am I always use a Line 6 POD XT live on stage to go directly into the PA. I use either the standard Brit-J800 (Marshall) or Treadplate Dual (Boogie). The Ibanez is a monster of sound here, too, because I need no tweaking at all. To get my sound I simply plug in the baby, put the POD to Treadplate, switch on a Vintage Plate Reverb and Rock'n'Roll is up! Great harmonics perfect modern paula sound with lots of balls.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
I was amazed because the guitar was set up way better than my Gibson was. It's perfectly crafted and always stays in tune. Pickup adjustments were also perfect.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I absolutely trust in this guitar. She's the only baby I'd take out live without a backup. The finish is outstanding, the frets work great and the neck profile is just perfect for me.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Think I'll never need repairs within the next 100 years on this baby.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing for 15 years. From blues to country and hard rock. Currently I'm playing Glam-Goth-Rock but this baby can handle everything from rich clean to powerful distortion sounds.
As said above I own a Gibson SG !!!AS A BACKUP!!!

If the Ibanez were stolen I'd hunt down the bastard knock him out with the Gibson to get my IBZ back!!!

Compated the baby to about 15 pauls (Epiphone, Gibson, PRS, LTD, ESP) and my IBZ is the best!
