Made in 98. 22 frets, 5 way pickup toggle with s/s/h config. The pickups are Ibanez powersound stock SHIT (passive electronics..Shit again) . Neck is Maple/rosewood, this is the guitars crowning glory if you can believe that. The body is an obscure wood called Agathis. It is a super srat (RG) body NO LOCKING TREM OF ANY KIND! Shitting tuning machines. No accesories included.

I play metal and, ironically, it doesn't do it that badly. It is played through a Marshall VS30R with a Boss Metal Zone and a Dunlop original Crybaby wah. Sounds pretty good, nothing special but it does the job. This guitar could concievably play any style of music under the sun.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Action sucks, pickups sound the same no matter what position they are in. My biggest beef with this guitar is the tuning machines, the absolutely refuse to stay in tune after after 1 count it 1, full step bend. Let alone using the whammy bar.....The frets are, in Ibanez's words, low wide. Think about that for a minute.
Reliability/Durability

I've had it for 8 months and nothings broken, so i guess its reliable....

THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED TO FIX THE OBVIOUSLY MALFUNCTIONING TUNING HEADS!

I've played for just under a year and I desperately want a decent guitar. I'm thinking maybe an ESP MII or maybe Kirk Hammet's KH-2 signiture. METALLICA KICKS ASS!

Made in Indonesia. I'm not sure what year it was made. It has 22 medium frets, Ibanez Powersound pickups (2 single coils and 1 humbucker), 5-way selector, hardwood body, Wizard neck, non-locking tuners.

It suits may style fine. I play many different types of music (punk, metal, etc.). The pickups are not noisy at all. The single coils only get noisy when the television is on. It has a great sound with the amp I am using. I use a Laney HC50R 50-watt combo amp.

The guitar was setup very well when I got it. I ordered it from American Musical Supply. The finish was perfect. The only adjustment I made was raising the bridge pickup some.

This guitar is very reliable. I have had it for about a year and I have only had two problems. I had a problem with the strap buttons, so I switched them to Dunlop straploks. The other problem is with one of the tuners. The G string will not stay in tune for very long. I have to retune it at least two or three times while I am playing. I would gig without a backup.

I have not dealt with the Ibanez company yet.

I have been playing for about three years now. This is my second guitar (I borrowed my brothers Peavey Patriot until I learned how to play). I own two other guitars, an Epiphone PR-200 Acoustic-Electric and I recently purchased a Danelectro 59DC Reissue. I use a Laney amp and a BOSS PH-2 Super Phaser. If this guitar were lost or stolen I would probably buy it again. I couldn't find a better guitar for the money. The only problems were the tuners and the strap buttons, everything else was perfect.
