Ibanez RG 570. 24 jumbo frets, volume, tone, 5 way selector(HSH), V7, S1, V8 pickups, basswood body, I believe, Grey Nickel finish, Edge double locking trem, Wizard Neck.

Sound : 9
This midel sounds fairly well. The neck pickup is a bit bassy and somewhat muddy but the bridge pickup sounds pretty good. It also has a nice sound when using the split humbucker and single coil pickups. It produces nice clean sounds as well as raging distorted rhythms.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
The factory set up was ok, on mine at least. The bridge wasn't quite balanced but that was easily fixed. The action seemed ok at the time, but I later had problems with it. It buzzed terribly, maybe I just didn't notice it at the time. The nut had to be raised but even after that, it still buzzes pretty bad. The bridge also had some strange bubbly lookin thing on the metal, almost like it was bubbled off by heat or something, it just looks bizaar. I do love the Wizard neck though. It's nice and thin and extremely easy to play. The finish looks nice too, I love the color. That playability though will cost come points.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I wouldn't play without a backup with this guitar. I find it doesn't stay in tune very well for whatever reason. I'm startin to think the saddles slip or something. Even after you lock it all up it still drifts out of tune after about 5 minutes. Extremely aggrivating. Other than that everything seems solid. The strap buttons are solid, finish is nice and thick, little wear affect.

Haven't dealt with them.

I'v been playing for about 3 years now. I've tried out a whole lot of guitars after having troubles with this one. Its not a bad guitar at all, but I wish it performed better. I'm not sure how other ones would compare but with my settings/string guages, i wasn't very impressed. I do like the look and feel of it, but thats just not enough for me. If it were stolen, I'd be relieved. It would give me a damn good reason to buy a new, better guitar.

I'm sure by reading the other reviews you know what the features are. It has V7,V8, and S1 pickups which are great for all types of tones. My guitar's color is Nickle Grey which definately is sweet. It has really cool silver knobs. Only crapy part is my tone knob crackles but I'm getting it fixed. Jumbo 24 frets. Wizard neck. Floyd Rose tremelo which is extremely sweet. The Floyd Rose is really cool because you can bend natural harmonics which sounds really cool.I had to buy the case seperate but i got it for $50. The case is well worth it.

Sound : 10
Great sound in this guitar. It has pickups for everything. The pickups give a good variety of clean tone whether you want a chunky clean or a nice soft clean tone. The distortions can get from really bright to chunky to really hard and angry. You can play anything from Slipknot to Incubus on it. Very versatile in the sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Everything was great on my guitar. The finish is spectacular and the pickups and everything were adjusted great. Some crackling when switching from tone to tone or pickup to pickup. Some minor feedback but not really bad at all (its a guitar, what do you expect).

Reliability/Durability : 8
The guitar is very reliable. I haven't had a huge spill with it so I don't know how it would hold up if something significant would happen to it. The paint comes off quite easy which is kind of a bummer. The paint is really nice so you don't want to mess it up. I can depend on it so far and would'nt say you'd need a backup.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with the company. I got it from Ted Brown though and the people will take care of it anytime.

Overall Rating : 10
Veeerrrrrrrrrrryyyyyy solid. What a great guitar with great sound and looks. I've played many Ibanez guitars and I knew right when I played this one I would buy it. I can't put it down. If someone stole this guitar I would die. I wouldn't know what to do. It would take a long time to get over it. JUST MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE FLOYD ROSE SYSTEM IS NOT USER FRIENDLY TO PEOPLE WHO CHANGE TUNINGS ALL THE TIME. YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE BOLTS OUT EVERYTIME. YOU CAN STILL FINE TUNE WHEN THE NECK IS LOCKED THOUGH. Buy this guitar, you won't regret it. I would have paid even more money for it.

This guitar has it all V7 S1 V8 pickups(which are high output)
floyd rose (edge)trem, not one those shitty ass low pro trems
24 frets jumbo nice guitar

Sound : 10
I play mostly metal stuff but lots of stuff using clean also . The pickups ar over all very quiet. The single coil can be a little noisy but what do expect, its a stock single coil. I play it through a marshall EL34 100/100 poweramp with a rocktron piranha preamp, which is very kickass, and a marshall 1960A cab. It souds killer. When i got this guitar i used it with a boss metal zone and a peavey practice amp even with that setup it was great sounding.

When I bought it was setup perfectly but it was aroud guitar techs for about a year

I think it's a 97 or 98 year model, 24 fret, floyd rose trem... blah blah blah, it's all been covered by other people. Though I hate the trem, a steel plate bolted to the bottom of it and to the body, instead of springs fixed my complaints about it. Gotta love the thin neck, a through body or at least a set neck that thin would be nice but the bolt on hasn't failed me yet.

Sound : 5
It didn't have pickups in it when i got it, the kid I got it from took them out for is ax120, so I ended up with the ones from that, they sounded like poo so I got a lawrence XL500, now it definatelly has some punch. I'll give it a 5 since I haven't heard the stock pickups, but it does sound good the way I have it set up.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Well I did get it used, and in several pieces (had to bolt the neck back on, wire it, and rig the trem) but it's pretty hard to screw it up if you know a thing or two about guitars. The neck needed a lil adjustment (truss rod) but after that it played great.

Reliability/Durability : 5
The finish is, well, krylon i think, it originally was like purple metallic or something but the kid spray painted it a few times, it's black now. Would definatelly be better from factory.

I think it was made in 2001, Japan is stamed on the headstock,it has 24 frets and one smoken wizerd 2 neck not the cheap one i,ve read about in other reveiws. This neck has a buguda wood strip, or what ever you call it,(more on this later).pickups h,s.h v8,s1,v7 it has a basswood body two peace maple neck(love that neck). The finish is rootbeer matelflake, simply beutifull.Floyd rose lo pro, jumbo frets.I did get a cord and strap. I got this guitar for $500 new.

Sound : 9
I,m a youth leader at my church and I lead praise and worship too,I play a variety of music in the youth band.I have 1985 Fender prinction course, and my new to me (used)Line6 Flextone plus. The sound is great, sooooooooooooooo much better than my squiar strat Ha! or my Areio Pro2 I can get a realy good clean sound, all the way up to Satch and Vie with the help of my Line6.One of the youth in the band has a RG560 an older one he bought used, mine seams to have a warmer sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
I bought it at a music store in Spokan Wa.( Rock City)It was set up there and very well might I say. Action is awsome low and alive no Buzzzzzzzz. The finish is flawless every things tight, no chips or dents, pickups are quiet.

Reliability/Durability : 9
It seames to be durabul I do wipe it down though whin I,m done playing, and I do play it at least two hours a day.Strap buttons? these things could hold up a tank there solid. I have never used a backup with my other guitars (had strigs on my pro2 for a year and never broke one ),and like I said I play at least two hours a day.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 10
I,ve been playing 20 years and have had and played a multatude of guitars , I now have an old pro2 got it at a pawn shop, and a sqiare strat, oh by the way I have a 1967 maxitone that was my older bros, needs some work though.
Ok THE NECK is to die for, I played Jaksons,Wasburns,Fenders,Gibsons,Arieo pro2,Yamaha,and to tell the truth ,there necks are like 2x4s compared to Ibanze wizeird and wizeird two necks I cant say enough about them this is my favorite feature. Pickups and other componets can be replaced but the neck to me makes the guitar and Ibanez has the best, in my opinion

Year 1992
Price; $525.00
24 frets
Solid body
Strat styled set-up 2 knobs, V,T. 5 way
2 humbuckers 1 single coil in the middle.
Colour: Black
Floyd Rose locking Trem
HSCase, Wrenches, and set-up book.

Sound : 8
This guitar is my first new instrument. It was a total departure from the "classic" stuff I was playing up to that point.
Very clean and Strat-like sound. It gets better with some gain and volume.
I changed out the Humbuckers (bridge and neck). That helped beef it up some as well.
The only dislike is the frets. They (in retrospect) are a little too big. My fingers get sore slammin' into them, though on the action side and Shred-ability, I could play this guitar all day!
A great overall Guitar.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
The factory set up was O.K. They supplied a handy "how-to" book with set up instructions so I tweaked it a bit, and for the last decade it has been the shred-machine. I haven't had to adjust the neck or intonation. It does take FOREVER to change the strings though.

I do suffer with the old sky-high Floyd Rose Bridge, my palm will brush the fine tuners and I have to stretch my hand around to pick notes at the bridge.(now of course they all have the lower styled model.)

Body finish and mechanicals were first rate. No fill holes like some Fenders I've had. Fortunately for me, this wasn't someone elses' first guitar.

Reliability/Durability : 10
The hardware has held up beautifully and it has never faultered. It has been a great utility axe. The cool thing is that if you break it, you can go get another, for the same price just about.
I have owned this same 570 for a decade. If this was the only guitar in the world, that would suit me fine. But I am looking to change it up for a JS1000.

With reasonable maintenence this Axe is MINT!

With the locking tremolo you do need a back-up guitar though. Not because of the bridge, but because STRINGS BREAK. Just like drumsticks.

Customer Support : 7
I never needed to contact Ibanez. The guitar has been great.

Overall Rating : 10
Been actively playing live, rehearsals, and Jam sessions for 17 years.
I play with an Alesis Quadra-Verb GT and a Fender Bassman 4x10. Blues based rock and Heavy Metal.
If I replaced it, it would be another IBANEZ. Probably a JS1000.
Loves: reliable, always playable, totally shred-able neck. Beautiful blacl on black finish.
Dislikes: Huge frets(speed bumps), Old styled Floyd Rose bridge. The fine-tuners stick straight up.
If you want a guitar to be continuably playable, you have to take care of it and buy a better than average instrument.. at least!

mine is a '95 made in japan 24 jumbo frets. H/S/H config ah you kno the specs. Basswood *good tone but a little soft and dents easy. thin neck but not the cheap ass shit wizard 2 they put on cheap ibanez. LOVE the finish. Its irridescent purple metallic *changes to blue at diff lights

Sound : 10
well, i play all types of music, so i have all types of guitars. this guitar isn't noisy at all, plays like a dream, love the action. floyd rose edge is awesome if ur a shredder and kno what ur doing. but if you have it cause u like to bend it up and down then i am going to slap you. some complain about not staying in tune but if u can set it up right you can smack the bar down to the body and back up and they stay in tune fine for a bolt on. i run through mesa triple rec halfstack and the sound is to die for. these people expecting these gibson-rich full tones are fucking morons. you dont buy a metal guitar if you want to play fucking jazz. If you buy a guitar PLAY IT FIRST. jesus christ some of u people amaze me.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
i bought it used and set it up myself. it plays like a dream. pickups needed to be raised but no biggy there. i LOVE THIS FINISH. its trully awesome. strap buttons are screwins so u hav to tighten once in a while but after i set it up 10 10 10 10

Reliability/Durability : 10
very reliable. i would gig w/o a back up but be bitting my nails the whole time. you never kno with a floyd whats gonna happen to the strings so be ready. finish is gonna last. scratches dont show at all. overall great.

Features : 10
My review is going to be a little different, before writing this I read almost ever review on this guitar to make sure I covered a little new ground to put peoples minds at ease..
It's made in Japan, 24 frets, H-S-H setup.. Edge Bridge, Wizard Neck, Basswood body.. Mine came with a nice Grey Nickel finish..
Ok.. I've read a bunch of reviews with people complaining about features.. I see no point to this, why the hell would you buy something that doesn't have the features you want!!! It's just stupid people b!tching about stupid things.. This guitar suits all of my playing needs.. I give it a ten.. I can get tons of different sounds out of it..!

Sound : 10
I believe sound is more in the way you play then in what your playing with! That said, this thing will get a bunch of different sounds if you play with the volume and tone as well as the settings on your amp.. Many of the people shooting off at the mouth are crying over it having a crappy sound.. Well thats not the guitars fault!! Get a better amp!!! I'm playing through a 100watt Marshall Half-Stack with a Dunlop Crybaby 535Q Wah-pedal, a boss Delay, an old TubeScreamer and whatever else I find lying around. I play Heavy Metal, Industrial and Hardrock, but also like a little blues now and then.. And I can get any sound I want with a little fiddling...
It has a nice chunky sound in the neck position, and can easily handly palm-muted power chords.. Switching to the single coil does bring a little noise.. But what regular single coil doesn't.. You can get some nice glassy strat like tones out of it, the bridge humbucker is bright and tight.. It's not muddy.. I have nothing bad to say.. And if I did, it would be my own damn fault for buying it without playing it first!!!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Firstly, who cares how it came from the factory.. Thats a stupid question! Unless you buy direct, it just doesn't matter... When buying any guitar, get the techies at the store to set the thing up when you buy it...! That's their friggin' job!!! I got mine from McCauley's in Cambridge Ontario.. These guys are incredible.. They set this guitar up exactly how I asked, and I haven't had any of the other problems I've read about.. Then again.. I picked the guitar up and looked at it before I bought it.. When buying a guitar, if something looks wrong to you, put the thing down and move the hell on!! The Edge bridge does take some getting use to for people new to the whole floating trem' thing... www.jemsite.com is a great help for people new to Floyds.. Other then that.. I tend to rest my hand on the bridge most of the time and have had no problems.. The finish was awsome.. I've never banged my guitar yet so I can't comment on the paint.. What I can tell you is if you bang any guitar, your going to wreck the finish..!

Reliability/Durability : 10
Does this guitar withstand live playing..? How does one answer such a stupid question... Ya I guess it does.. I play live with it twice a week, have had no troubles.. I guess if people were throwing beer bottles after it it wouldn't.. Nor would it if you thought it would be fun to beat the floor with it! The finsish on mine seams to bew holding up fine.. And it's used a lot.. Both when I teach and when I play live... The strap buttons are decent, strap locks are better for playing live though.. I depend on this guitar for teaching, recording and everything else.. I never gig without a backup.. It's just a dumb idea.. Even with a fixed bridge guitar...!

Customer Support : No Opinion
Ibanez has no real customer support... Unless your Steve Vai or Satch!
My advice is to get in good with a guitar shop near you.. Talk to them.. Ask for advice, and if you buy from them, get them to fix it.. There isn't a store that I've been too that won't fix stuff they sell.. And DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!! You never can tell what your getting!

I give a - 1 for Ibanez (for a so so web site)
I give a - 10 for McCauleys.. They've never let me down

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing since 1989.. I've owned Fenders, Gibsons, Epiphones, Jacksons and ESPs.. Each have something to offer, so I'm not going to bash them, nor am I going to tell you this is the best guitar in the world! That is a matter of opinion.. My advice is, go to some shops, pick up some guitars.. Don't be nervous about being new to the guitar and sounding like crap in a shop.. Everyone sucked at one point including the guys in the store!!! Find something that feels good to you.. Think about where your going to play.. are you going to stand a lot..? sit sometimes..? you should ask yourself these things when looking.. A $2000 Les Paul is a great guitar, but it's heavy, and isn't the best for sitting back on the couch for playing.. Nor can you get as many sounds out of it.. This guitar has been perfect for me and my needs.. It's not to heavy, has easy access to the frets, sounds good, and I can sit back and the body is contoured enough to be nice and comfortable! If it were lost or stolen, I'd buy another, but lets face it guitars are a very personal thing and you can never replace something your really enjoy.. The only thing I wished it had was a button I could push to make it spit out money! (dumb question.. sorry..) If your looking for a well priced guitar, that can do what you ask of it and more.. Then go try one out.. sit with it and play it.. plug it into a bunch of different amps.. Hell.. Get the guy in the store to play for you and just listen.. In the end you'll find something you like.. for me, it's this guitar..

Good features for $570, 24 frets. The previous comment about 'i worked at ibanez...blah blah made out of scrap' you are an IDIOT!!! I'd just thought that you might want to know that, because.. you are. You've never worked at ibanez.. or you got fired for being an idiot and wanted revenge by posting bad comments. There are not many guitars that are as good as the 570 for this price range. I'd prefer a $600 Jackson to this.. but that's about it.

Sound : 8
The sound.. the sounds good for the money. I installed EMG's in it. Overall sound is better now.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
I never played an Ibanez fresh from the factory, mine was already set-up. Pickups were adjusted fine. Frets were files smoothly, no jagged edges or anything. Everything was fine on it :)

Reliability/Durability : 9
this guitar is very reliable and durable... I've had it for over 3 years now.. strap buttons need tightneing every couple of months.. it does use SCREWS which will always loosen with use. I would use it on a gi w/o a backup. The frets have good wear on them.. as with any 'nickel' frets. Unless you have a Parker of course.. those beasts basically DON'T wear down.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with them

Overall Rating : 7
I'll give it an 8. There's alot better out there.. but also ALOT worse. If you're in the market for a mid-priced performer, definatley check the rg-570 before you buy something else. Along with some jacksons in the same price range. For the idiot who made the comment about the "flexitone" did you mean 'flextone' and if you did... .to say that all guitars sound the same through there is RETARDED! That thought is halarious and just NOT possible. You are definatley mentally retarded!

Typical fender style guitar with floyd rose I copy tremolo.
H-S-H setup, all Ibanez pickups
3 Piece guitar.
- Bolt On construction
- 2 Piece Neck

Sound : 1
Very dull, muddy clean sound for ALL pickups and betweens.
Very low output pickups and noisy

Only good thing about the sound it produce is that it doesn't have ANY characteristics of it's own. so u can play with the sound in studio.. like put those 'lost in space' type of fx on to it.

Distortion sounds just plain...CRAP
clean sounds just dull... CRAP

Action, Fit, & Finish : 2
the way i got it,
-1mm action from 12th fret
-neck bent
-tremolo fully unblanced(meaning its arse pointing right up)
-pickups touching the strings

Meaning - FULL BUZZing machine
I fixed it and now i have decent action, BUT the frets iteself are crap.. so the buzz is still there... it's IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of it.

The pickups were touching the frikkin 1st string, and couldn't use the tremolo cuz of it.

The Neck is too thin..

Reliability/Durability : 10
I would depend on it for gigs but i wouldn't take it neway cuz it sounds shit..

Customer Support : No Opinion
Good people I worked at IBanez...so I know who to contact...

I rang them and told that i felt about the guitar.. how shit it was..

Overall Rating : 1
Ironically, Ive worked at Ibanez in the past... Ive designed new models and tested them.

I gotta say this guitar is just fuckin piece of shit that Ibanez made with the scrap woods and hardwares.

Other RGs are pretty good for their money but, this is just SHIT

I have
for amps
Fender Super REverb Reissue '65 and a Marshall JCM 800 on a A/B splitter.

for guitars
Jackson - JS 20 (Modified by me. changed pickups, tremolo, body, and electronics in side)
Fender Strat 50s Relic

gotta say.
It really sounded good in the shop.. but come to think of it the guitar was plugged in to "flexitone" the one that sounds the same no mattar what guitar it is plugged in to. The neck seemed ok but when u play for over an hour u start to feel its dicomfort.

All the same features as listed by others, 24 jumbo frets, basswood body, maple neck with rosewood finger board, humbuckers in neck and bridge, single coil in the middle position, Edge locking trem.

Sound : 7
This guitar can get a lot of different sounds with it's pickup combination. It sounds pretty good overall and gets a great high gain type sound but the cleans are a little mushy for my liking.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
This guitar plays great, that's what I love most about it. I've owned several different models including a RG550 and a RG770DX. I scalloped the neck on this one which I really dig. It's one of those things you either like or you don't like but I do. The factory set up on this guitar was fine, no complaints here. The finish is a great looking metallick red which looks great with the black hardware. The Edge trems are my favorite. I actually like them better than Floyd Roses, they feel so much smoother to me.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
These are very durable guitars, as I said before, I've owned several of these and they can take a serious beating. I would always gig with a back up but that's no fault to the guitar, you just never know what could happen live.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I've never dealt with them.

Overall Rating : 8
I think that these guitars are a good value especially what you can get these for used, I see them all the time for under $350. Tone wise, it's not anywhere near that of my USA Jackson but it does have it's place in my arsenal of guitars. I would pick up another one of these or maybe just get another Jackson if this were lost or stolen.

This guitar was made 2001!Made in japan, has 24 frets, volume ,tone ,5 way pickup selector.Ibanez v7 at the neck and IBanez V* at the bridge S1 for single. Its made from basswood, very light.the nack is maple with rosewood fretboard, the frets are jumbo wich are very good.i have a black pearl finish with sharkfin inlay as fret markers, i think they only sell this model at samash?it has an edge tremelo, wich works extremely well, ill talk about the tremelo later.i forgot what type of tuners they have.it came with a whole buch of allen keys and a booklet.it also has piezo pickups in the tremelo, produced by lr baggs. the piezos let you get an acoustic sound, very good.

I like playing hardcore punk and rock, i like staind, korn, mxpx, good charlotte, some system of a down, and led zeppelin.I have a fender princeton stereo chorus, its 90 watts, the clean is awesome on it, but the distortion needed some more crunch, so i bought a marshall jackhammer.helped alot . this thing rips!I like the neck on the guitar, great feature. Its light weight.the pickups it comes with are very good but,i rather put on my dimarzio super distortion.

I BOUGHT THIS ONE USED- IT HAS THE METALLIC SILVER FINISH. IT IS A JAPANESE MODEL PROBABLY A YEAR OR TWO OLD. THE BODY IS SOLID BASSWOOD AND THE NECK IS MAPLE WITH A ROSEWOOD FINGERBOARD. THE PICKUPS ARE DIMARZIO EVOLUTIONS(NOT STOCK) AND IN A H-S-H CONFIGURATION. THERE ARE 24 FRETS, JUMBO I THINK, AND A VOLUME AND TONE CONTROL. THE BODY IS LIKE THE STEVE VAI JEMS AND ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND COOL LOOKING. THE TUNERS ARE GOTOH STYLE. THE BRIDGE IS AN EDGE TREMOLO WHICH IS A LESS STIF FELLING VERSION OF THE ORIGINAL FLOYD ROSE.

Sound : 8
IT CAN SCREAM OR PLAY BLUESY SINGLE COIL SOUNDS. IT IS VERY VERSATILE BUT BETTER WITH ROCK AND METAL. THE SOUND IS VERY RESONANT AN WARM, AND THE LOWS AND HIGHS PREVAIL. I LOVE THE GROWL, CRANK, AND DISTORTION THEY CAN MAKE, BUT THE WOOD IS SOFT AND GETS DENTED EASILY.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
THE ACTION IS LOW AND FAST, ALTHOUGH THE NECK IS A LITTLE THIN FOR MY TASTE. THE PICKUPS ARE EASILY ADJUSTABLE AND THE FRETS SEEM NICE AND TIGHT. THE FINISH COULD BE A LITTLE BRIGHTER AND THE ROUTING BEHIND THE BRIDGE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THE NECK POCKET IS ALSO HAS A SLIGHT GAP SO I HAD TO PLAY WITH IT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ALLIGNED RIGHT. THIS MAY AFFECT THE SUSTAIN A LITTLE, BUT NOT MUCH. THE HARWARE LOOKS COOL BUT WEARS OF A LITTLE. THE SWICH IS FINE THOUGH AND THE ACTION IS THE BEST PART OF THE GUITAR.

Reliability/Durability : 9
I USE IT LIVE BUT TAKE A BACKUP IN CASE I BREAK A STRING. THE HARDWARE WILL LUST ALTHOUGH THE FINISH ON IT MAY WEAR A LITTLE. THE STRAP BUTTONS ARE SOLID AND BIG AND THE GUITAR IS VERY DEPENDABLE. YOU CAN ALSO GO TO TOWN ON THE BAR WITHOUT IT GOING OUT OF TUNE.

Customer Support : No Opinion
NEVER DEALT WITH THEM.

I'VE BEEN PLAYING FOR NINE YEARS AND OWN AN RG550, EX1500, AND A CARVIN LEGACY. I WOULD DEFENITELY BUY THIS GUITAR AGAIN BUT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR AS THE GREY NICKEL AS THEY CALL IT IS SPARKLY BUT STILL A LITTLE DULL. I LOVE THE ACTION AND PLAYABILITY BUT THINK THAT A LITTLE MORE ATTENTION COULD GO IN THE PRODUCTION. THE TREMOLO IS THE BEST OUT THERE AND THE GUITAR IS VERY VERSITILE AND CAN REALLY GROWL. I WISH IBANEZ MADE A VERSION WITH A TREMOLO THAT STOPS AT THE BODY AND DOESN'T PULL UP. A LOT OF PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE THAT BUT IT WOULD ADD MORE SUSTAIN AND YOU COULD PUT A DETUNER ON IT. BUT SINCE IT IS FLOATING, YOU CAN ABUSE THE HELL OUT OF IT WITHOUT IT DAMAGING THE BODY LIKE A NON-FLOATING ONE. GREAT ROCK GUITAR OVERALL BUT HAS A FEW PRODUCTION FLAWS IN THE FINISH. TYPICAL JAPANESE MASS PRODUCTION.

I bought this guitar used so i'm not sure when it was made. I do know it was made in Japan. I really like the two humbuckers with the single in the middle position. The Double locking Edge Floyd Rose bridge is really cool. It's got a Wizard neck and 24 frets, the neck is very comfortable and easy to get around on. The finish is a very cool Blue mixing into black type of color, I guess it could be called a Blue Sunburst. It came with an Ibanez Deluxe case. It came with just about the standard stuff except the whammy bar which I bought later for 10 bucks. It came with a strap and is strap lock equipped which is very good. I have an Explorer that took a fall and the top of the headstock got smashed off. I was able to fix it but a strap lock has been a requirment of mine ever since!

Sound : 9
It suits my music style quite well, I play Metal/rock for the most part. I'm running it through a Peavey Ultra Plus Half stack. I have a Crybaby Wah before the amp and I run a Digitech RP-2000 through the effects loop. The pickups aren't bad. I am thinking about changing the bridge pickup to a Dimarzio super distortion for extra power, but the V2 pickup thats in there has a warm quality to it that I also really like. It's not as high output as some but it still rocks, so I may or not leave it in there. I am completely satisfied with the V1 Neck Pickup. It sounds great with clean tones and extended chord voicings. I love to use the neck pickup with a bit of chorus. It also sounds great for leadwork too. The Single coil S1 pickup produces a good strat like sound. I like to use the single coil to produce Tones like The Edge from U2 would use. Overall with all the pickup combinations it can cover a wide range of tones. The pickup switch did make a bit of noise but I cleaned that out and it's fine now.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
The action on the guitar is low but not as low as i've had it before on other guitars. Since this guitar is used it has some Dents and Dings here and there but nothing huge. The The top of the Pickup selector switch has been changed to a white one, apparently there was something wrong with the original one.

Reliability/Durability : 9
This seems to be a pretty reliable guitar. It stays in tune very well. I could depend on this guitar for the majority of the time. I would probably use my Epiphone Explorer as a backup for this guitar on a gig though. When a string breaks with a Floyd Rose Bridge it just takes to much time to mess with when you are playing live.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I never had to deal directly with Ibanez.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
I'm quite happy with this guitar. I wasn't even planning on buying it originally. I was just getting some strings at the store and I saw that that this guitar was in good shape and had a killer price on it. If it were stolen or lost I would probably get something else just because I like to have different kinds of guitars. I've been playing for over 6 years. I also have a Fender Duo sonic, an Ibanez RG-270, an Epiphone Explorer(with a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge position)and a Gibson Sg Junior(with a Seymour Duncan Screaming Demon in the bridge position). I play a Guild acoustic that my Mom Gave me and a classical guitar that has no brand or serial number on it. The Classical was given to me by Mom as well. I also have a Fender Rock Pro 700 Amp, Crate Gx-15 amp, an Ibanez Tubescreamer Re-issue pedal, a DOD EFX prossecor and a shure Wireless. I haven't tried it through my old amps and pedals but i'm sure it would sound good through them. I love the fact that this guitar looks beautiful and sounds great! It will be on the front line of my guitar squadron from now on!

My style of music is mostly metal, but if the song is good I'll learn it. I've used this guitar with various amps, Marshall JCM 900/1960A Half stack, Crate G200CXL ministack, Peavey 5150 Half stack, it's sounded great coming out of all of them (with a little tweaking on both the amps and the V/T controls on the guitar). After 9 years of playing this guitar in different climates (Mississippi, New Mexico, etc.) it got a little noisy when switching between pickups, but after a shot of contact cleaner I was ready to go again.

I can best describe the tone of this guitar as "warm". Basswood really seems to stand out as the wood to use if you're stuck as to whether to pick a Ash bodied or Mahogany bodied guitar. The sustain isn't huge, but its there. To sum it all up this guitar's tone really fit the sound that I wanted.

With the H-S-H pickup configuration you can really get any kind of sound you want. The effects you have, your amp, and in the end your own personal style are really going to determine what you can get out of this guitar.

Personally I have no dislikes about this guitar. The only thing that got close is the stock pickup sound. But 30 mintues, a couple of pickups, and a soldering iron can fix that. The balance of this guitar is excellent, the Wizard neck is the most confortable I've played. Even having large hands I became very confortable with this neck very quickly, Fretting the E-string with my thumb has allowed me to do some really fun stuff since I bought this guitar.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
The guitar was bought from American Musical Supply originally and came setup perfectly. I popped open the locking nut tuned the strings to pitch and was able to play this guitar within half an hour of opening the box. The guitar was packed in the case and shipped in the original box from Hoshino USA. The fit on this guitar is awesome. The frets where perfect, and the neck pocket finish crack that so many people have noticed with Ibanez's has yet to appear at all.

The Black Finish on this guitar was impeccable, and even after ten years of use is still impeccable (some minor pick and buckle marks aside). The black finished bridge has a very small amount of pitting but its nothing compared to the Original Floyd on my friend's Fender Strat.

Overall, this guitar came out of the box in excellent condition, and has maintained that condition over the years through 3 interstate moves (and a little bit of polishing on my part over the last 10 years).

Reliability/Durability : 9
I've played this guitar live many times, I've used and abused it on many an occasion and its withstood everything I could throw at it. The worst that's happened was the High E-string breaking when I decided I was going to see how high I could raise the pitch pulling back on the bar (first time I ever had tried a FR style bridge at the time).

With a little maintenance (just like any guitar needs) I've had no rust apeear on the hardward, no paint chips, and no problems with the durability of the hardware.

The stock Ibanez strap buttons are excellent for live work, I opted for a change-out to Dunlop Strap-Lok's after getting my second guitar to speed up change-overs.

I've depended on this guitar for a long time. It was and still is my amin guitar, live and in recording. I'd use this guitar without backup anyday of the week, month or year. The absolute only reason I'd use a backup is because of strings breaking. Until there's an unbreakable string I think guitars with a Floyd Rose installed are gonna need a backup.

Customer Support : 9
I've never dealt with Hoshino USA concerning this guitar, but I've dealt with Ibanez/Hoshino USA on a few aoccasions. In every instance they've been perfect. My biggest problem has been with a few select authorized retailers who didn't understand the difference between the Edge and Lo-Pro Edge bridges and some of the other Ibanez parts.

The warranty that came with the guitar was for one year. Its no lifetime warranty, but then again guitars aren't exactly a solid piece of steel like a Craftsman wrench so I didn't expect anything huge.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing for about 12 years now. I had a MIJ Fender Strat before this guitar. Compared to the Strat this guitar has been a god-send. Since buying this guitar I've bought 6 other RG's and everyone of them has proven to be just as reliable, and well-built as my first. The only thing I wish I would have known more about before buying this guitar was the Floyd Rose system, but I've come to believe through years of use that the benefits of the Floyd outweight the cons of it. I choose this guitar originally after checking out it and some other guitars at the local music store. after comapring it to BC Rich's, Peavey's, Washburn's and HM Strats I felt it was the guitar that best suited me. If this guitar were stolen, I'd replace of course. I'm not going to make the usual death, torture, and mangling threats I've seen. I would say however that "severly pissed" would be a massive understatement.

Overall, I'd say this guitar is one of the best I've ever played. It's not an Ibanez JEM/Universe, PRS, Les Paul, or anything like that obviously. But this guitar is a workhorse, it sounds like I want it to when I need it to. For the money this is the JEM you can afford, the Strat that can do much more, and a Les Paul without the chiropractic bills. Alot of the mail-order companies are selling this guitar for $609 now, compared to an American Strat for $800+ I'd say this is the better value.

Bought this guitar in 1995. This is an excellent guitar but it comes with some cheap junky pickups. Dump those suckers. I replaced them with a PAF Pro and a FRED. (same as on the JS1000). NOW, this guitar truly sings and it can "growl" as well. The neck is great. Good deep cutaway body.

Serial Number:42479. Made in Japan in 1988 or 87 bought in 98 from idiot friend for 170$. It has 24 jumbo frets,5way selector ,h-s-h configuration to give the split hum position in the 2 and 4 position. Original v1 and v2 humbuck and s1 single coil. It's got a rosewood fingerboard thats a dream, the original wizard thin neck (very thin)
with reinforced carbon rods, 3piece basswood body. The body has does deep cutaway like the jem style guitars. Though it was bilt to match the Jem in many ways the angle of the neck and some other things are the only main differences. It's a nice sparkle wine red finish.
Floyd rose Edge trem not that new lopro crap.
Gotoh fine tuners are rock solid for keeping the guitar in tune.
It included the hardshell case and all tools.

Sound : 9
It is the guitar i always wanted. It's great for metal to Jazz because of the split feature on the pickups. Great for that midrangey strat tone and to get that pantera style sound. Great for Vai and Satch fans to.

I currenctly use a marshall g 10 mk.II amp with only a digitech whammy pedal. When playing with the pedal the sound gets so fat it's incredible. The 5 position is so full and rich. The tone matches yngwies soloing tone. All and all the guitar is excellent for multiple varietys of sound the pickups will take the abuse.

only thing i don't like about it is the tone nob is useless.
It doesn't add weight to the sound. Maybe i'll have to change it
But its a classic guitar so originall must be better.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
When i bought the guitar from my friend he had removed the locking nut and had locked the brige in a fixed position. I of course got it up to the original setup and ajusted it to the buzz tuning system(At least i think). Anyways the action is very low i mean 4/64 of the frets. The pickups are never a the same position but i found that putting them a 1/8 of an inch away from the strings give the real sound of the guitar. The guitar was beautiful. No nothing i could notice execept for the multitude of scraches and dents in the finish. If you want to buy this type of guitar don't get the sparckle finish it's to easy to dent. The only other thing is the volume control knob was loose. I quickly fixed that and just put a flat head screw driver in between the hole and pushed down to split the apart.

Reliability/Durability : 8
This is my main guitar i play it live and practice. But i learned the hard way that floating floyds can speal disaster when strings are broken. So now i carry a back up guitar with me every were. The only hardware problem i have is on the 2 string saddle there is a wear that always seems to cut my string at the same place i just use a file to remove it but i thing the metal is to soft. i might have to change that little thing but other that that it's ok.
I know that i can depend on it when the strings are brand spanking new. I can pull the bar up 2 steps and it'll sound off the wall.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with them my music store had everything i needed.
Anyways the guitar is almost 14 years old i think the warranty is over.
But i would not have to ask them i'm a very good guitar tech i learned everything i know on this guitar.

Overall Rating : 10
i've been playing guitar for over 11 years now. I've owned a fender 666 guitar that was made only for like 5 months and sold it to my bro.
i owned a couple of other no name guitars that were all spared for parts. I have a classical yamaha guitar and i own a ibanez 7 string gio wich is my backup guitar.
if it were stolen or lost i would probably cry my ass off. This is my first guitar and i did everything with it. my favorite thing on this guitar is the pickups you would think after 14 years of playin the would die out but not the case. the out play any seymour or dimarzio pick up out there.

And it you would like a good guitar thats is almost identical to the jem series guitar buy a rg570 it's almost half the price and it's as good quality as those 1500 dollar guitars

Oooh, a chance to wax lyrical about my favourite guitar. Love it to bits. Bought it in 1991, I used to have a Roadstar II which I liked. The RG570 second hand even then, so it must have been one of the first in Australia. Midnight Blue, crazy hot pink humbucker at the bridge (never been able to figure out what model it was), S1 simgle coil in the middle, and V1 at the neck. Ibanez Floyd Rose I used to have a Gallien Kruger 2100 amp with blue and pink stripes that matched (this WAS coming out of eighties, after all). Other than that pretty standard RG.

Sound : 9
This is the fun bit. I angsted over sound for years. I had a Strat I regret selling, a '65 Epiphone Wilshire, an Ibanez A40 hollowbody. I ended up really poor with only the RG570 left. When I got money again I thought about selling it because I thought the sound was too neutral. The guy in the shop told me I was nuts, this was one of the most versatile-sounding guitars ever made. I took his advice and I'm glad I did. I'm running it through a Marshall 9001 valve preamp into an original 65 Fender Bassman 50 Watt Blackface with a 2x12 cab. I also use a Boss ME-30 and a Dual Overdrive sometimes. It was all a matter of learning to use the pickups and volume settings on the guitar properly. It'll never really sound like a Strat, it's but closer to a Les Paul, but now I've got my own sound going I don't care.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
Well made indeed. Love Ibanez. The neck's wide and flat and superfast, I treat it with lemon oil. The only faster neck I've played (never having been able to bring myself to try out things like PRS' in a shop) was a Gibson SG90.

Reliability/Durability : 9
I don't have much use for the Floyd Rose, I like to bend two strings at once so I chocked the bridge underneath behind the springs. I left three springs in for resonance, and it's rock solid action and tuning wise given I hit the strings pretty hard. The extra resonance has helped me squeeze strat-ish sounds out using the middle pickup. It's lacquer is still great despite years of hard work. After 10 years the only things need fixing are disrty contacts in the pickup selector and one of the pickup mountings came adrist when one of my kids attacked it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them. Love Ibanez tho.

Overall Rating : 10
The only other guitar I have (I play trombone and bass as well) is an old Profile Strat copy with Di Marzio's which sounds great but needs some work. The Ibanez I could never part with. The new ones look nice too. If you find one cheap second hand, go for it.

This guitar has 24 jumbo frets, Wizard neck, iron pewter finish, and an Edge Tremolo system (Floyd Rose licensed). It has a H/S/H pickup configuration with a 5-way selector switch.

Sound : 8
This guitar is pretty versatile. I can rock hard with the bridge pick-ups, play some funky rhythm figures using the middle pick-up for single coils, and even get some mellow jazz tones with the neck pick-up.

There is just one tone and one volume control, and the light body tends to cut the sound fullness a little, but I can get around that by adjusting the amplifier. All in all, a good sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
The finish may be kind of plain for some, but that doesn't bother me. At least the neck is fast and the action is adjustable. This guitar is relatively lightweight and is comfortable for both sitting and standing.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I've had this guitar for two years, and it will last a while as long as the neck holds up in the ever-changing New England weather. That was a big problem with my last guitar, but that's another story. This guitar should be all right as long as I keep the guitar in case when I'm not playing. The finish is solid and the strap buttons seem very reliable.

I'll have to use a backup only because if a string breaks, it will throw the rest of the guitar out of tune. But the guitar stays in tune really well.

Customer Support : No Opinion
N/A. I've only dealt with the dealer for an occasional setup.

Overall Rating : 9
Any electric guitar is a good guitar as long as it plays well and stays in tune, two of the strongpoints on the RG570. It also has a good sound. Reasonably priced. I tried a Fender Strat and couldn't justify paying an additional $250 for that.

This guitar has all the features I need. 24 fret Wizard neck, H-S-H, Edge Floyd Rose Bridge. One tone, One volume knobs.

Sound : 8
Sounds Awesome. It can de used for basiclly any kind of music. The bridge pickup sounds excellent. Great for leads. The single coil however is not up to par with the humbuckers. It's even hard to get a good bluesy sound out of it. The neck pichup is great or rythmn and jazz playing.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
I've actully gone through two of these guitars. The one I have now is great with action fit and finish. No problems. However the first one I had I bought when I was still fairly new to guitars. Since I wasn't very observent I didn't notice that the bridge was put in crooked. That caused a whole bunch of problems to the guitar. But otherwise they're fine.

Reliability/Durability : 5
These guitars a fairly durable. I've never dropped mine or anything like that so I'm not sure if they can with stand heavy impacts. However they hold up to every day use pretty well. I've had this one for about a year and things are starting to fall off. The string saddles on the bridge come loose and that bar right behind the nut came loose too.

Customer Support : 1
Ibanez's are great as long you don't have any problems. The first one I had, had to be sent back three times and I was without it for about 4 months altogether. I was never able to get any information from the music store (I don't shop there anymore) or Ibanez on what was going on. So there was really nothing I could do. It wasn't very fun.

Overall Rating : 8
I've been playing guitar for about 5 years. I run this guitar through a Bad Horsie Wah into a Carvin Legacy Combo. Sometimes I go through a Boss GT-3. Sounds great. If it were stolen or lost I probably would give it up. I haven't had a great experience with Ibanez. I'd probably get a Parker,Jackson,Hamer,or Fernandes. However the bridge on this guitar is amazing. I haven't played Jem's to much or any other real nice Floyd Roses, but I've never had to complain about it. Except for the fact it's falling apart. Part of the reason I choose this guitar is because I was quite sure what the quality was and I didn't research guitars enough before I bought it. A tip to anyone buying a guitar like this: Try every type of guitar out there. Try every brand out there. And don't listen to what anyone says about it. If they say it sucks, go play it and find out for yourself. You might end up loving it. Because you don't want to be stuck with a guitar you don't love. (Trust me, I know.)

This is your standard Ibanez RG570, mine's the 2000 model, cam with about 5 allan keys and and everything else you'd ever need to make the standard adjustments on a guitar. It's got 1 tone and a volume control, and unlike some guitars the tone knob actually has a great effect on the sound (more on that later). I still have the stock pickups in it (V7, S1, V8) as i felt no need to change them. I really love the finish, it's a nice smooth silver colour. It's got an Ibanez Egde Locking Trem system, stays in tune pretty damn good, not quite as perfect as an original Floyd, but i don't really use it much, if i do a couple dives during a song it usually stays pretty much perfectly in tune, but if you press the whammy down full, and spring it back and forth for a dramatic ending for 30 seconds you'll need to make some fine adjustments. But the main reason I bought this guitar is because of the Wizard neck, i couldn't settle with the wizard II on a lower model, i had to have the wizard. The neck is paper thin, a shredder's dream, and if you've ever got hand cramps from playing too long, say good bye to them. Ibanez makes the best necks if you like em thin.

Sound : 10
I play mostly hard rock and metal, deftones, sevendust, finger eleven, old school pumpkins (best band on the planet) and it works great for my style. I run it through a Boss TU-2 Tuner, Crybaby Wah Pedal, Boss BF-2 Flanger, EH Small Stone Phaser, Boss RV-3 Reverb/Delay, and finally a DOD Ice Box Chorus, then it goes into my Peavey 5150 Half Stack. You can get some great tones out of this guitar, with distortion the V7 really makes the harmonics sing, and it has a nice edge to it, i keep the ton rolled back a little bit and it's perfect there. The tone knob and the pickups in combination can get you almost any sound you'd want from a guitar, from bright picking sounds (no quite twangy like a tele though), to low muddy almost undistinguishable sounds. You can get a huge variety of tones on a clean setting, but not nearly as noticable with distortion on, but that's ok cuz you it sounds great, switching pickups will give you a good change between rhythm and lead sounds. The neck is great, but of course with the thin neck you trade off sustain, but when you got your amp turned up do really want a chord to fade out for a whole friggin minute?

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
The action when i got it was pretty good as I remember, but I kinda tuned it down and changed the strings soon as I got home. Changing tunings or strings gauges with a floating bridge is living hell I must say, it can take up to 2 hours. But the thing's great once you get it in tune and you're never gonna change it again. The finish looks nice, but I found a chip 2 days after I got it, I don't know when it happened or how it happened, it handn't even left my home yet, but oh well, it was on the back of the bottom horn, seeing as how pointy the ibanez horns are it was a vulnerable spot, i should've watched it a little better I guess. Then I found another one on the back of the guitar the other day, did nothing to it that should've chipped it, I think mine's got a cheap finish on it, i gotta go get some touch up paint. But once again, the finish looks great (Love the way it looks), but it's fragile, take care of it.

Reliability/Durability : 8
It's Ibanez, of course it's gonna last, one thing you know about the big companies is that they're reliable, brans like fender, gibson, PRS, and Ibanez have been trusted for years, and for a good reason. The endpins on Ibanez guitars is what I really love, I do alot of moving around and jumping, and both Ibanez's I own have big knobby end pins to hold the strap on, jumping stretches out the strap, with smaller end pins (I.e. Fender) the straps only last a couple months then they keep falling off, Ibanez has great end pins. But the finish again isn't very reliable `;(

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them, read another review, most likely very good people to uphold their reputation.

Overall Rating : 9
Overall there is no guitar I'd rather have (I havn't played a PRS yet though), that's because I LOVE the neck, and it looks pretty damn cool too, and It's very light weight(But not as light as my 540S). When I first got it I tuned down and I got a messed up warbling sound, i had no idea what it was, then I found out it was the fact that I was tuning my light gauge strings too low (a 46 to C#), I had to get it professionally set up with some 10-52's because the guitar couldn't handle that heavy of strings, but after that it was perfect. A great guitar, pricey for a 16 year old like me though, but well worth it.

Well I play mostly metal death metal like machine head and cannibl corps I think the pickups nail them both to a T the single coil makes so noise but what do you expect with a stock single coil

Nothing special about this guitar, as far as features go, it has a floyd rose trem. on it. 5 way pick up selector two humbuckers and a single coil.

Sound : 9
The sound of this guitar is great! I play everything from bluegrass to heavy metal, and this guitar handles it all beautifully. Although I did find the neck humbucker to be a bit muddy, so I put the bridge pickup in the neck, and had a dimarzio fred put in the bridge. The single coil will give you great tones.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
This guitar came ready to rock from the moment I bought it. It was set up almost perfectly. The bridge is very comfortable for swift picking, although can be a pain when changing strings! The action is comfortable, but easily adjusted with the floating neck.

Reliability/Durability : 9
I have beat the living crap out of this guitar, and it still rocks. I move around a lot on stage, and it has very few scracthes and chips because it has a good hardy finish (but be careful because everything has a limit, and it will chip) I play often without bringing a backup. I have had this guitar for two and a half years, and have not had any problems.

I'm not sure how long the waranty is on this guitar, but I didn't really need it. I have dealt with the company to order some extras for my other guitars, and they were very friendly, and moved as quickly as possible.

Overall Rating : 9
I have been playing for 5 years, and I have already been through a lot of gear. I am very picky with what I play, and tend to switch gear often, but I do not plan on selling this guitar any time soon. I really love it. I also play an Ibanez JS100 and a Jem 555 and while they are nice guitars, sometimes I just got to put them down and play my RG. It loves to be played, and I love to play it, if it were stolen I would probably cry... then go and buy a new one.

It made in Japan, I got it in a Second hand electrical applied shop for a very cheap price, the pick up has been changed to 3-way EMG pick up. The clour is dark blue with full of stratchs on the whole body and neck. It looks alright for start not very attractive colour nor shape... quite boring in fact! But started to like it after a while, it looks nice when it reflecting the light when sitting on the stage quietly.

Sound : 9
Since it has changed to EMG active pick up I must say it is so lound and powerful. I am using a Marshall VS30R, my amp just couldnt stand I think my amp will die for it coz the output is too big!
The tone is wram and bright.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
The action is nearly flawless, just abit too low I reckon. Becasue of it think neck, I always enjoy playing it. It allow u to become a super fast hand with the neck and the action. The hardware is alright.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I dropped the guitar before I performed on the stage, but it still stay in tune. I think this product will last until I die. I think the last owner didnt protect it at all with all the scratch and crack on the body, (even a cig. scar on it) but all the hardware work very very very good!

didnt deal with them at all

I've been playing guitar for 2 years, I owned one Washburn MG 70, one vester and ESP J4 bass and one ovation viper.
If someone like to play metal or enjoy low action with smooth and thin neck. I strongly suggest u buy it.
The think I like the most is it neck. it is more than awesome! It just give lots of inspiration with it. Since my Washburn has a super thick neck, I enjoy to swapping these two guitar when I feel tried to for what I play.
If it were stolen I think I wont buy it again coz it is abit over price with those pick up.
