OK, lets just get it out in the open. This guitar cost me 89 bucks. So, this review is based on that fact. I bought the transparent blue. It really quite nice. As far as details the tuners arent the best, or the worst I have ever seen. The 1/4 inch connector was loose. Big deal, that was an asy fix. Mine is the 2007 model. The body is Alder and the neck is maple. Three single coil pickups, a strat knock-off.

I play mostly Christian rock, some rock, some blues, whatever needs playing. This is my first single coil guitar, so I really dont have anything to compare to. I have several guitars including a Raven West Les Paul knock-off that is awesome, a Line 6 600 that is really cool and an Ibanez AFS75T, which is also a great guitar. On this guitar, for the money, I am impressed. The tone knobs dont have a major effect but, other than that, I have just enjoyed the heck out of this axe. The bridge pickup gives a nice crisp sound for solos and the middle and neck pick-ups do everything else. For under a hundred bucks it rocks.

I tried three of these guitars at the shop. This one was setup perfect right out of the box so, I bought it. The other two had some buzz on certain frets and would need some lovin to get them right. The action is just perfect. Go figure? I have only bought one other guitar in my life that was perfect from the factory and that one was Martin. Maybe this was a fluke but, it handles like a dream.

So far I have found this guitar to be reliable. I dont have any issues with taking it for a gig with no back-up. But, I always take more than one guitar because that's what I do. I do find that the tuners seem a bit, cheap. I wont replace them as they work fine and it's a cheap guitar. But, I am having some difficulty finding something negative to say.

I dont have any experience with customer support. I have never needed it and would do my own repairs anyway, should I ever need to.

I have been playing in a band every week for nine years. I have been playing guitar for about thirty years, on and off. I have 10 guitars including: Martin DC-17E, Raven West K2-RM300, Ibanez AFS75T, 1974 Yamaha Classical, Seagull, Washburn, Jay Turcer, Line-6.
If this guitar were stolen I wouldnt rush out to buy another one. Not that it's a bad guitar. I might buy another one but, I might get a real fender if I have the cash.
I do love the bang for buck in this guitar. It really is a great buy. I cant say that there is anything I "hate" about this guitar. I didnt compare it to anything before I bought it. My brother has a Squire Strat and I think I like the Indiana better. The action is certainly better.

I play anything ranging from classic rock to metal. And this guitar is actually pretty good, It has a decent sound, that is a little dark.
Im running it though a few boss pedals, and my 15 watt practice amp RMS practice amp. And occasionally a Zoom multi just for the chorus/flanger things like that.
Nice full sound, kind of bassy.

I wanted something a little more bright so i threw in some lace sensors and that made this guitar awesome...i really suggest lace sensors in any strat style guitar...

Factory, the guitar was set up great for a beginner, first thing i did was lower the action, which meant i had to change intonation, and lower the pick-ups as well. Everything was in good order...

The hardware has lasted me for a litttle over a year, and nothing is fading or coming loose, i dont think it is a gig guitar though...it is much better suited for a beginner who just needs solid practice time...

I have been playing guitar for about 2 years, started on bass and picked up electric guitar. I own a 15 watt practice amp, 2 30 watt bass amps, and a few boss effects pedals, a few danelectro pedals, and a Zoom 505II multi-effects.
If it was stolen i would probably buy another just for sentimental value. I love how it stays in tune for a nice long time.
