Made 2003 presumably, has 20 frets with solid spruce top an d mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard. The fretboard has a "tree of life" inlay which looks pretty cool, especially for epic rock moments. It has a 4-band active EQ, with presence control, a fairly basic but sufficient affair. It is about normal size for an acoustic.
Sound

Sound is very bassy - to be honest I think it lacks treble, unless you bash it pretty hard with a pick or really dig in with your fingers. Possibly less suitable for lead work, but more at home with rhythm. When plugged in however you can get a good range of sounds by messing around with the EQ.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Action was slightly too high for my liking - i'll have to get that sorted out. The factory strings are pretty heavy gauge - haven't tried it with others yet, but i reckon it will improve the sound. Finish was immaculate tho, especially for this price... nice.
Reliability/Durability

All the hardware etc looks likely to withstand general turmoil. I would definitely gig it without a replacement, but then i don't have a replacement acoustic so not got much choice...!
Customer Support

No Opinion
Haven't dealt with the company but the guy who delivered it just rang the bell and left it on the doorstep - any mofo couldda swiped it! I suppose thats the delivery company though. Twats.

I've been playing about 5 years, ive got a fair bit of gear, all electric guitar related though. This guitar is pretty sound, but if it were stolen, i might look around for a different one. Could be that it needs a decent setup tho. Certainly this guitar looks the part - just don a top hat and get playing Lies...
