Features : 10
The features are noted elsewhere except that my guitar does have a three-way selector. I have the white version and think it looks great. Yes, it's a tad neck heavy but not bad. Far more playable than the Rick's I've played as the neck is wide enough to be comfortable - it actually accomodates 12-strings with proper spacing.

Sound : 10
I play all styles. You know the bands and the songs that feature electric 12's (Byrds, Beatles, Led Zep, Petty, plenty of country tunes)but if you have a home studio you owe yourself the sonic variety a good electric 12 offers. I use a hybrid picking style, though it's hard to get the treble strings to ring out well if you don't have good fingernails. I often, as a result, with just use my flatpick more often than I would if playing a six string (where getting the second string in the pair to ring, while using the flesh of your fingers as picks, is not a problem.
The sound is great, it really is. The P-90's are beautifully voiced, have much character, and ring like mountain echoes. The two pickups provide a great deal of variety and sound good together as well. The guitar sounds fine through the board, through my Fender Vibrolux and Super Reverb, as well as my Vox Cambridge and Traynor 2-12". Try something like "And Your Bird Can Sing" by the Beatles and be delighted by the sound.

No flaws, though the finish on the back is easily scratched. I found the setup fine right out of the box.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I haven't had it long but there's not that much that can go wrong. The seating of the neck and all the joints seem solid. I expect it to last.

I've been playing for 33 years and have had most of the guitars imaginable. I currently have a Les Paul Custom, two Tele's, a Dano six/baritone, an Ibanez jazz box, an Epiphone Coronet, and the Italia 12-string. Tons of pedals, my amps are noted elsewhere.

Thus far I'm perfectly happy with the guitar, find it far better than Rick's and Fenders I have played.

I would buy another in a heartbeat - fine instrument.

Brand new 2003, Made somewhere in Indonesia. 22 frets, all accesable. Mother of Toilet Seat top. 2 volume, 1 tone, no switch. 2 wilkinson P-90 pickups. The back is ash i think, i dunno what the neck is, the fretboard's rosewood with abalone and MOP inlays. Its got the MOTO finish. Irritating tailpiece w/ adjustable bridge. Italia tuners, not bad, stay in tune damn well, just take a little while to get there. Hard to find a case for, they had to give me a used B.C. Rich Bich case, but hey, the case was like 30 bucks. I give it an 8 because of no pickup switch and that damned annoying tail-piece that makes it so much harder to change all 12 strings. Nice thick neck, alot easier to paly than a Rickenbacker 12 string with their damn sissy necks.

Sound : 10
I play pretty much anything, with a focus on classic rock, and this thing friggin' NAILS anything Beatles/Tom Petty/Byrds. I used to run it thru a Line 6 spider that sounded aight, but now its goin thru a Vox 120 watt Valvetronix combo with a Snarling Dogs wah wah and a Dano chorus, and this thing just sounds sooooooooooooo friggin sweet. The P-90's both sound really nice, individually or mixed in whatever way. Coulda used a 3 way switch, but, ahd well, not terrible without it. Bridge pickup's got a nice trebly cutting sound, Neck pickup's nice and dark, kinda punchy. INCREDABLE tone for this price. I mean I would put this thing up against a Rick any day. For orgasmic sound, get a little chorus, a dollup of reverb, and play Led Zeppelin's Tangerine with everything on full blast.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
Had a few problems. The action was wee bit high for my tastes (I like to mess around the top of the neck), so I lowered it, but when I did, there was this bizarre sitar-like drone emenating from the D strings, after much hemming and hawing, I grabbed my allen wrench and set the smaller D string higher than the deeper one and that stopped the problem. Also, the A-string dies when u lower the action. Just up and dies on you. Other than that its all great. I LOVE the full access to the neck that the cutaway gives. I give the guitar a 7 for the sitar drone and the A-string.

This guitar's hardware seems fairly sturdy. I was shocked how well the tuner's stayed in tune, especially considering they're not Grover or Klukson or anything like that. They may be locking, really stable. not a very good tuning ratio on the lower strings, but they stay where u put them. The body's lower strap buttons a bit too big for all the straps i have, but, speaking from experience, big strap buttons are alot better than smaller buttons for keeping the darn thing on ya, especially if u beat guitars like I do.

Never had to deal with them yet thank God.

Besides the droning D and A strings, great, perfect fit. Love the sound, never gonna change these pickups out! I'd buy two more if it were stolen, one white like mine, oen in the blue pearloid. Only thing I hate is the bridge. It doesn't hold the strings well when ur changing them, and I HATE changing strings anyway, so, eh. I think this guitar would pretty much hold up against any other electric 12, if not beat them at their own game.
