It definitely suits my style of music heavy metal/classic rock.
I use it with the Roland cube 30 it sounds all great except the distortion but thats the problem with my amp.
I get an annoying buzzing sound sometimes when i play open bottom e or g.
The sound is great the dual hummbuckers work like a charm.
I HATE THE BUZZ. but it can be fixed

The guitar was set up not too well at the factory.
The pickups were done like crap
The 3 way selector is diaganol which honestly pisses me off.
I think the wood was pretty bad quality

Yeah the guitar can be trusted to play live.
I think the hardware will last.
The finish is shit i've had the guitar 1 month and the fretboard is fading.
The strap buttons are extremely solid.
It would be more reliable if it stayed in tune better.
I wouldnt use it on a gig without a backup it could die.

Ive been playing 5 years long time since i just turned 15.
The guitar sounded alot better on the B-52 amps at the shop but i guess i cant expect too much out of a cube 30.
I wish i had have spent the extra $200 for the les paul i believe it would have been better.

Made in China. 22 Jumbo frets (rather disappointing - buzz on G string especially, needs very careful fingering), solid top, H-H; vol.& tone each pickup, superb finish - cherry transparent; Gibson SG 61`Reissue clone; Tune-O-Matic bridge (excellent); weak tuners - instrument needs daily tuning.

I like sharp blues SRV style and G. Benson style jazz. Clean voice is superb, the same is overdrive. I use Kustom 16 Solo + Exar F-03 flanger. Buzz on frets is annoying, especially that I have not enough time for exercises (saying frankly, I am a weekend player). Considering price (and comparing this guitar to the original SG) sound is excellent, especially on clean channel + flanger. Sustain very good. Main problem are tuners and shielding - absolute crap.

Factory setup was extreme mistake, but after adjusting WHOLE equipment to original (Gibson) settings it became quite new instrument, worth much more than its price! Main flaw is absolute lack of electronics shielding - I`m planning thorough "plastic surgery" of the guitar by the time of the next strings change. By the way - original strings (apparently D`Addario) were total misunderstanding - some kind of rubber threads buzzing in all positions! Typical Far East cheap crap. But after 4 hours of heavy work (adjusting to Gibson settings + strings change to D`Addario 10`) it became excellent "paddle", as we say in our country.

"On stage" it seems trouble to keep it in position of "good visibility" of frets. But it`s the feature of all SG`s.

No previous experiences, no other guitars. I`m just playing for fun and relief. If it were stolen I would buy THE SAME ONE! It is beatiful thing and all folks hearing that I have chosen SG clone think about me as a sophisticated person, haha!
