Made in Korea but not sure when. Not much to say here except that this is a fairly standard looking dreadnought that I inherited when I met my Wife, and added it to my small collection of Gibson and Ovation guitars.

I was surprised by this guitar when I first tried it. It sounds much better than I expected for such a low cost product and has become one of my favourite acoustics.

The fit and finish are very good, and I particularly like the action on this guitar. The only flaw in the whole thing is the tuners - cheap and nasty items that cause the thing to be out of tune every time I pick it up. I'm going to replace the standard tuners with a decent set of Grovers or similar and that should take care of that.

Seems to be a solid product and should withstand regular playing. I don't gig but if I did I would be confident in taking this along without a backup.

I like this guitar - I have a bunch of Gibson and Ovation electric and acoustic guitars, but I find myself playing this $100 bargain a lot more than I ever thought I would.

It was made in Korea (it says so on the label inside). I think it was made back in 1998. This is just a basic acoustic guitar, nothing special. Th way it should be!! I think it has a natural finish ( look like it has had a clear coat sprayed on it. It is a standard dreadnot. It did come with a nice card board case.

This thing sounds excellent. It has been played by many musicans and even has done a little giging. They all think it is great. It has lived threw several blue grass festivals and many nights around the camp fire. It has excellent Harmonics too.

It was out of tune when I purchased it. But ever since I changed strings it has not gone out of tune at all. The only problem I have had is that the plastic nut chiped when I was restringing. Most of the nut on one side of the low E string is gone. But it still stays in tune.

This guitar has already with stood many things that would have destroyed or damaged other guitars badly. This guitar will be with me forever. So it will probrobly last. I strum the hell out of it. It has only on strap button. I can't tell if it is solid ( I never looked). I think it is best to play this thick of a guitar sitting down anyway. This guitar is my pride and joy. I would depend on it with my life. I would not use a backup on a gig because I don't own any other acoustics. And from what I played in the music store there will not be another one any time soon, ( maybe a 12 string).

I have never had to contact J.B Player. I guess their owned by MBT international or something like that. I don't even think they would need a customer support unless you took a band saw or something similar to it.

I've been playing for a couple of years now. I own a couple of electric guitars mainly cheap copies. And a little practice amp. This guitar is prefect you can ask questions if you want to. It your decision. Go with your feelings about it or any other guitar for that matter. I would not recommend by from a mail order catalog, cause you can't get the feel for it trying to play the paper. And If this guitar is ever stolen I would kill the thiefs with my bare hands and then hang them with a guitar string. I don't know why bigger music stores don't carry J.B. Player.
