THE WORST! I called jackson to ask a question about my custom shop order and was told not to call but to talk to the store were I order the guitar and they would relay the message... THE WORST!!!! They are not a people company unless your maybe a ROCK STAR.....NO HELP!!!!!AT ALL!!!!!

I gave the guitar a three because when I did get my custom shop guitar it was a guitar. To get any help from the Jackson people just SUCKS what a waste of time and money never again and I tell everyone I meet to Please try a different company to build you a custom guitar..................
