Comes in a darker brown finish or amber - I have the amber, but it almost a Gretsch orange, wirh silver hardware and abalone binding around the outside. In my opinion a very attractive guitar. It's a LP knock-off, made in China. (Samick?)

Nice sound for the money, not professional grade, but solid.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Finish is good, but hardly perfect, there are imperfections on very close inspection - but this is not a multi-thousand dollar baby, and nothing anyone would notice from more than 2 feet away. Jay tursers claim top be set up from the factory. ha ha. The strings were worse than garbage, action was too high, etc. After a quick trip to the local music store and only $20 later I had what felt like a MUCH more expensive instrument.

Stays in tune very well. Hardware seems pretty solid, but I've only had it a month, time will tell. On the heavy side, but doesn't bother me, I don't gig it.

Many comments on how it looks- I had a pro play it for a bit and he was quite enthusiastic about it - that says it all for me especially at under $200!
