Lp style guitar VERY light. As above there were finish flaws but I knew this before buying. Hey for under $200 what can you expect!!! I drove down to Junior's music in Old Saybrook Conn. and tried it out. I own a real nice Strat and was looking for a different sound for a couple of tunes we do. It played really good and sounded good also. Just had to dress the fret edges a bit. Like I said it was under 2 bills and nobody is going to see the finish in the audience. I play out and after a few gigs every guitar I've ever owned has " finish" flaws. Great playable CHEAP LP copy, set neck, two pickups, sep vol and tone.

Sounds like a Paul. Warm and lots of sustain. May have to pot the pickups for extremly high volume playing. Hey I had to pot my $1500 Strat's pickups.

Set up for teeny boppers, low action + light strings. Played well with very little buzz. Neck looked true, finish geat from +5 feet away. Light wood probably Alder or other mysterious orient wood. Does NOT seem to be plywood.
