Sound : 10
This is a gypsy jazz guitar and is used for that purpose, It has the growl and volume I expect from a well mde gypsy guitar. It has not yet opened up because of its newness, My expectations are high because of its present sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : No Opinion
Jesse delivered it set up well with perfect intonation. Th e action was lower than I like and Jesse is making a new bridge to increase the height at no extra cost, great service.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Every thing is solid finish will last, and I would use it without a back up.

Customer Support : 10
Jesse is great to deal with and stands behind his work, He was a partner in Legend guitars, and they had a great reputation. See above making a new bridge to get what I want. Made in 3 days.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing for 40 years, If it were lost I would have another made in a heartbeat. It looks and sounds great, It is very playable, This is my second Macaferri design and this is far superior to the other. I asked for acouple of features when it was being built, the fretboard to be wide and made of ebony
