Made in China, purchased in August 2002.
Bridge is "hard maple", as is fingerboard.
Acoustic full-size Dreadnought.
Red finish.
I'm not sure what the wood is, it appears to be some kind of "white wood" inside.
Closed tuners.
For the cheapest guitar I've ever seen, it's awesome!

I and my guitar playing friends (including pros) are amazed at the sound out of this guitar! Full bodied and crisp both.

The action seems fine to me. No problems or complaints with finish. Oh, well, I've seen a couple of extra glue spots along the binding on the fingerboard, but geez it's an eighty dollar guitar!

I play it daily, probably a couple of hours a day. On Sundays I play it in church, nice and loudly. Seems to be holding up just fine, no complaints.

This is my first guitar, but not the first one I've played. I've been playing banjo for about 20 years. I LOVE this guitar! I don't see any reason to spend more money for a more expensive guitar, this one suits me just fine. If it were lost or stolen, I'd buy one again.
I like the closed tuners, that's one of the things that attracted me to this guitar. Cheap guitars usually have open tuners, rosewood fingerboards, and action so high it cramps my hand. This guitar has an unusual finish (not plain like most guitars, I love the red finish), it doesn't look cheesy like the blue and black ones. The action is lower than other guitars I've played, it's just fine for me.
