For a 160 dollar guitar, it sounds incredible. One of the things I was concerned about when I bought the guitar was that it would deterioate quickly. I've had it for over a year now and I don't play my other acoustic guitars anymore. It sounds better the older it gets. The intonation is great, and it's easy to play. Eventually I'll get a Martin or Gibson, but for now, this things beats most guitars I've heard costing much more.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
The action came just fine from the factory - I did nothing but change to a slightly heavier string gauge. Beautiful finish.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I don't play acoustic live much, but I can already tell this thing would take a beating if I gave it one. It's solid.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't had a problem - a friend of mine had pickup trouble with one of his electrics (he's got 2) and they gave him a new one on the spot.

Overall Rating : 9
I've been playing guitar for 25 years and have played all sorts of acoustic guitars. While I'm not going to try and compare it to several guitars I've played from Martin and Gibson, at $160, this thing is austounding. I'd recommend it to beginners and even to pros as an excellent value guitar. It plays very well, and it even records well in a studio setting. In short, excellent for the money.
