Korean made Gretsch Country Gentleman Copy, build 2003 or 2004 (Headstock says "Est. 1993"), the finish is high gloss, the colour is brown, but you can see the Maple underneath it, Hardware is golden, it has nice Abalone bindings and Thumbnail-Markers, Neck is Maple and fat, 20 Frets, Arched Top Hollowbody, 3-way Selector, 1 ToneControll, Volumne for each PU, Mastervolumne, the knobs are from metall, it has two passive fltertronstyle Humbuckers from Johnson, Tunrer are noname gotohstyle, very smooth going, Neck and Body are Maple, Body is Gretschlike with two Cutaways, the Brigde is a rosewood based Rollerbrigde, there a B700 Bigsby on it, it came without accessories, overall impression is very good

I use it for Jazz, Rockabilly and Blues, it suits perfect. I use clean Sounds on my Fender Champ 12 mostly, sometimes a digital delay, the guitar has a perfect clean sound, very rich and warm, not too bright, the Sound you know and expect from a hollowbody with filtertrons, the PUs are not so hot, so its not easy to get distortion, but you get it, Variety is provided by the mixing of neck- and brigde-PU with the Volumne Controls

The Guitar was setup well by the factory, I only had to lower the brigde PU a bit. Between the Brigde and the arched top was some paper material to protect the arched top. I had to remove the brigde to remove this material, this would have been difficult for a beginner, There were no flaws at the guitar, just a dust particle under the paint at the backside

This Guitar will definitly withstand live playing, the hardware looks solid, the tuners are working perfect. The Finish also looks, as if its good to last, starp buttons are solid, I can depend on it, but I never works on a gig without backup

I play since 20 years, own Fender US-Strats, MIJ Jazzmasters, Vigier Passion Guitars, Fender Champs and Bassmans. I like the look and the Sound of this Guitar and I'm astonished, what they can build in Korea for that money, If it was lost or stolen I would probably buy it again
