Oh boy... This was my first bass guitar. I bought it used in 1992. It looks pretty funky, kinda gibson thunderbird bass copy, reverse style solid body, fiesta red, 21 frets, full-scale, feels very light and comfortable. Made in Chekoslovakia. Two passive humbucker pickups with black plastic covers, two volumes for each pickup. Jolana tuners. No gig bag. I had to make it myself cause it does not really fit any standart case. I think I've seen Chris Novoselic from Nirvana playing something like Gibson thunderbird bass in a couple of videos - "Heart-shaped box", for example, the only (visual) difference is that his bass had kinda les-paul headstock design, and this one looks like telecasters'. (It is not a regular thunderbird, I guess, probably not even gibson).
The bass looks cool, but actually it's really bad.

Sound : 2
Probably the worst bass on earth: Sound is pretty dark, pickups don't really cover the e-string, so it sounds quiet in comparsion with other strings. Stupid. By the way, I recently recorded a song with this bass - you can check its' sound at http://mp3.com/meatexz , the song name is "clone of me".

Action, Fit, & Finish : 1
As I said, pickups don't cover the E-string, The neck became so curved that I could not play any note after 12th fret, truss rod does not work, tuners are lousy, lately one of them disappeared, the in jack is noisy, and the brige construction is so clever it constantly breaKS strings. The only thing that's good is a body: it's durable and light. And the shape is very comfortable.

Reliability/Durability : 2
This bass survived 3 bands and about 15-20 live gigs, then I bought ESP jazz-bass and happy ever after. I usually had to put new strings' set before each concert so it won't break. This bass won't break during the live set or something, but as soon as it sucks don't think about using it for playing music. It is helpful when shooting videos and breaking guitars onstage.

If you see this bass, remember what I said: don't even think about buying it. It's totally crap. It was my first bass so I feel kinda sentimental about it.
