For the price, the sound of this guitar is great! After a professional setup and new set of strings, I cannot complain. This has a full rich sound with a wonderful resonating tone. I've installed a fishman under-saddle pre-am pickup for plug-ins. I play at home, and use this in a Christian worship band which adds a nice layering element to the music and great for lead-outs.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The action was way too high when purchased. I decided to pay for a professional setup which cost me $40. The bridge had to be shaved down to it's lowest possible point and glued back on. What a difference, now it plays like butter.
Reliability/Durability

For the price paid, I feel this guitar will do it's job. It's probably not a lifelong heirloom, but you never know. The finish does seem durable enough for regular playing. The cheap plastic button it came with needed a longer screw to keep it tight, but now it is sturdy. I gig w/o a backup.

I just purchased this guitar because I could not pass up the deal for $50. It was hardly used because the person I bought it from received it as a gift and couldn't even play it because the neck was too large. I also own a Seagull 6 string, and a Strat. I really like the sound of this one, and of course the price. I dislike the open tuners and wish they were higher quality. If it were stolen or lost I'd probably use it as an excuse to buy a better 12 string, but for now, this one really performs well and does the trick.
