Bought this Keiper LP copy new in Feb 2006 on e-bay for #48.00 (74.45EUR) I wanted a Les Paul copy and must admit that I decided to take a chance with this one because of the silly price. Most of the Keiper guitars were getting higher bids so maybe it was the colour (Silver/Black Sunburst)of this one that was putting the bidders off, I don't know.
I believe they are made in china and the importer (Keiper) have their Logo put on to market in their own name.
The body is solid Ash (three piece) with arched Ash top.
It has 22 frets, rosewood fretboard, set maple or mahogany neck (AS advertised, The type of finish makes it difficult to tell which wood is used here) but it really feels like a Les Paul. As mentioned earlier it is a LP copy the studio model and as far as I can tell a very true copy. 2 open Humbuckers 2 Tone controls 2 Volume controls and 3 way selector switch.

Sound : 10
I play Country and 60's Pop / Rock.
Been playing guitar for 47years
I'm using a Fender Champion 300 with Fab Chorous, Delay and Distortion pedals.
The tonal range is superb from clean treble to warm and mellow.
Love the guitar it feels right and compares with anything I've played costing up to #500

Action, Fit, & Finish : 6
I wasn't too happy with the factory set up but at the price I expected to do some work anyway. It was playable though but the action was too high for me and the nut needed work as did the tuning at the bridge.
The finish I thought about average for a low price guitar.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I've played the guitar every day since it arrived and it keeps in tune very well even though I do a lot of string bending (Steel Guitar type licks)
The hardware seems solid enough and the whole guitar has a dependable feel about it.
The finish seems as though it will last but I doo look after my guitars anyway.
I feel confident enough to gig without backup as ther's never been any hint of a problem.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I haven't had to contact the seller since I purchased this guitar and I think if any problem arrose now, considering the price I paid I'd just sort it myself.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing for 47 years and also own a Honer LP copy and a Jackson. I've previously owned 2 Hofners a Fender Strat a Fender Tele, a Gibson SG a Framus and several other cheap guitars.
I didn't compare this with anything at the time, I just took a gamble and I'm really glad I did. If it were lost or stolen I would try to replace it. I love the guitar because it just feels right and it gives me the sounds I want it too.
