This is my first bowl back type of guitar. Not as full or rich a sound as my other acoustic tanglewoods when unplugged, but then it's not for acoustic playing without going through amp or pa. However it's bright and pleasant unplugged. I play for the worship and other events at my church. I havn't used it yet for this but may report back later.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Guitar arrived well packed from Germany, strings were covered with rust protecting paper, action was okay but since i like mine lower i immediately changed the strings for elixers and lowered the saddle slightly, for the price i paid i have absolutely no complaints regarding standard of presentation or quality of guitar. i still can't get over quality for the price i paid.
Reliability/Durability

Although on the entry level, i would have not qualms about playing this guitar out and about through an appropriate amp or pa system.
It seems as if it will stand some wear and tear.
The eq adjusting slides and volume control are slightly on the small side but work adequately and what do you expect for this price.

Bought from German company through ebay. Communications were good throughout purchase.

I always wanted a bowl backed guitar, i also own tanglewood electro acoustic and ordinary acoustic tanglewood, and a cort electric g250 and a very old eko ranger(no longer used). I had looked at an ovation applause before and would equate my purchase as of a similar quality. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, if some stole it they would be a very brave person as I also hold a 1st Dan in Karate.
I would replace it with the same.
