a S/S/H pickup-setup. Strat-typr model. Finish is good. Neck is so-so.

I'm quit content with the humbucker-sound. With a good distortion it gives me the metal-tone/heavyness I want.

Out-of-the-box the action of this guitar was plain stupid. The intonation was very bad. I wasn't able to play a decent E5-chord. But with some adjustments it's acceptable. The pickups needed no adjustment. A few frets give some buzz, nevertheless.

hm, I definitly wouldn't gig with this guitar. I goes way to much out of tune. But for the price it's allright to have it besides my pc to do some composing.

warning : this is not a good choice for beginning players. You really need to have some understanding on guitar maintanance. (or a friend who's willing to do it for you..)
It's definitly not a pro-guitar, but you can't expect that from a cheapo guitar like this. It's well worth the money I paid.

As far as I am aware these guitars are made in China for a German musical instrument supplier.
It has 24 Medium-jumbo frets, which are smooth and well fretted on a maple neck
It has a one piece basswood body, which while solid is also not overly heavy, but gives the guitar a sweet sound!!
The body is a glossy tobacco burst finish, which gives the guitar a great appearance.
There is a volume and tone knob and a five-way selector for the two single coils and humbucker pickups.
The pickups are comparitively better than epiphone pickups (even more so than my limited edition Dot!) and seem to have a flat plate style appearance which blends well into the body.
It has a fender strat shaped body, and trem, with tele-style knobs.
The best bit is the charvel/Jackson style headstock which gives the guitar an extra touch.

With two single coils and a humbucker, it has a very versatile guitar. It can deliver sweet, high tones but also deep, bass like lows. It doesnt even need effects to give it great sustain and furhter more if set correctly can provide a real kick!

Fatory setup was fine, no probs, although re-adjusted slightly.
Pickups set up well. frets, tuners switches - all perfect.
The finish is suprisingly good for a guitar at such a great price!!!- clear well glossed - asthetically cool

Seems very solid. I would use it for anytime and trust its reliability. Like any guitar if you treat it well it will last if not then its bound to get dings etc.
Would bring a backup incase a string broke

Ive been playing for 15 years, alot of different styles and a lot of different guitars. Although it would seem strange to rate a guitar that i purchased for such a great price so highly; i am quite impressed with it! value and quality is hard to come by!
I love the headstock etc not cheap fittings etc.
All you have to do is look at other keiper guitars and reviews to see that they are well manufactured etc. Definately a company on the grow!
