A neck is great, for me similar to Gibson Les Paul which I also have. A bit narrower thoe. The feel in hands is also cool while it slides vell in the palm, which is not alwasy present with other guitars I tried.
The down point is the Flowd Rose, which from my point of wiew is not the right choice for rythe guitarist. I play also solo but did not use it ofte, so I inserted an extra spring. Now it feels like a fixed bridge is installed. Also problematic was the intonational tuning, when I did the first preparations of my Kram.

Sound. Hm. Original Pickups were poorly sounded. It just did not fit into my sound frame. I changed the bridge pickup to a Shadow EQ5 active piskup. It is great, now I can fine tune the sound directly on my guitar. Since the active wireing was used, it also improoved the sound of S's. But recently I started thinkong about installing an EMG 81 on neck position.
The sound of Marshall JCM 900 is an addition which is from my point of wiew a necesity. It sounds fantastic. Also tried it on Roland Bolt 60. Great combination for blues, jazz stuff. But I prefere it hard and heavy on M. (10+)
Dislikes go just to sustain. Not amplified but body sustain. It is just too thin, so vibes do not last too log. It can be improoved by effects and amps, but for clean tone it is just too ...

Since the purchase (new, 1988) the only thing replaced was the pickup. And some screws on Floyd Rose (old ones were rusted).

It lasted. It lasts. It will last. Really. It endured through all garage jams, club gigs, open airs, ...
The only fera I had was, strap falling off. I did not get a chance to install strap locks so that was my only ... well my mistake.
Concerning depending on it. Well it has a floyd rose (tuning), and the other thing is strings replacing. &%"#&%!/%"/& painfull.

Bought 1988, played havily since 1990, ...
Reacenty I added a Korg AX5G to the gear. MMMMMMMM Me Like it!!!
I tried a lot of guitars, Gibson, Fender, Ibanez, Aria, I would not change it. It will stay in my arsenal. Maybe because it was my first ... guitar. :D

Everything you will find is a floyd rose guitar. H-S-S configuaration. pickups are duncan designed. not very gd. but the neck is real comfortable and the finish is excellent for mine. came with an original leather kramer gig bag. everything is fine on this guitar except for the pickups.

using the stock pickups, the sound was not so strong. but once you change the pickups to original seymour duncans, man are you in for some serious tones. this is one guitar that can definitely handle rock! only advise--change the pickups!

action had to be adjusted, other than that the finish is excellent. neck and everything else is great though nothing is perfect.

i am sure this guitar will withstand heavy use. have used it for a couple of gigs and it has hold up quite well and has not failed me. but change the strap buttons to straplocks! those little things are a lifesaver for any guitarist.
