2003 neck through, 2 usa quadrail humbuckers with coil splitting tone tap, gotoh tuners, Floyd Rose, body style is the superstrat style, metallic black, rosewood fretboard, banana headstock.

Sound : 10
These quadrail pick-ups saturate well. A lot of people says that these quadrails are muddy and the answer is yes they can be muddy, but if you adjust the height of the pick-up to the strings you can virtually eliminate the mud. No noise what so ever from these pups! I had to actually get the guitar within 1 foot from the amp speaker before any feedback! How they did that I don't know! Splitting the coils brings them down to just a single humbucker, and this works well for songs that do not require that EMG heavy saturation. These pick-ups can be dark but crisp and they cover the frequency range very smoothly without any drops or breaks. Sounds very full with clean settings. I could'nt believe my ears when I heard this guitar for the first time " TOTALY AWSOME SOUND". This guitar excells in Metal ( my favorite style ) and all rock tones. I do believe it would be great for the newer country styles that rock a little. This guitar is definitely made to shred!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Action was high so I lowered the floyd and tuned it, I then let it set for a few hours in the case so it could adjust to the new home. A few hours later I picked it up and it was almost still in tune. I retuned it and adjusted the pick-ups. I let it set for another hour. I came back and it was still in tune. I checked the bow of the neck and it was all within tolerances. I inspected the frets and the frets were crowned very nicely. I did notice where I could tell where they attatched the wings of the body to the neck-through. The paint was flawless. The tuners were mounted well as well as the floyd nut was mounted well. I noticed the Floyd had a nice metal brace under it and that gives it strength. Other than the action having to adjusted this guitar arrived in perfect condition " I was totally blown away by the quality Korean manufacturers are comming out with"

Reliability/Durability : 10
I have had this Guitar for about 2 months and have used it almost every day. The tremlo stays in tune very well. the paint is durable as I have bumped it up against the mixing console a few times. I have recorded with this guitar and needless to say it sounds great! I have swapped out the standard strap buttons for straplocks. The powdercoat on the hardware has held up to over an hour of use every day for the past two months.

I have never dealt with MusicYo as of yet. I did email MusicYo with questions before purchasing and the emails were always answered within a few hours.

I've been playing since 1985. I grew up on the late 70's and 80's hard rock and metal. My styles are of the late 70's through the late 90's, I am not into the newer metal thing but I am sure this guitar will handle them with ease! Nice surprise when I recieved this guitar was the allen wrenches for the truss rod and tremelo are in a nice holder bolted to the rear of the headstock! I love this guitar! I visited Guitar Center and McMurray music here in Saint Louis. I checked out a lot of Ibanez, Jackson, BC Rich. I was in the market to spend $ 650.00. I ran into a spot and had to use about $ 200.00 of my savings so I was determined to get a guitar. I came across the MusicYo website and took a chance on this Kramer Baretta 404 SD. IT BECAME THE BEST BUY I HAVE EVER MADE.

I got it one month ago and paid it 280?.

Sound : 10
i play mostly metal music and for it suits very good. The original pick-up to bridge was replaced to dimarzio evolution passive. It sounds great for me who play music like ( Sonata arctica, stratovarius etc.) I use v-amp 2 to my computer and straight to stereos. Specially distortions are great. I boost distortions with boss hyper metal to give little more gain. My other guitar is yamaha rgx 612 a with emg-81 and i must say this Kramer is better for rythmn playing.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
It's a cheap guitar but finishin is great and i think that 1000? jackson is not better than this Kramer.

Made in Korea for Gibson/ 24 jumbo frets/Metallic purple finish/ 2 Quad Rail passive pickups with a tone knob that you can pull put to split the humbucker into a single coil. Includes Floyd Rose liscensed bridge with EVH D-tuna/ Gotoh tuners/

Sound : 2
Let me say this...for $275.00 this is a steal!!!! BUT, the pickups sound pretty bad for me. After reading the description on the site about what the pickups were all about, I was really curious how it would sound. Very muddy, thin and weak. I adjusted the pickups as close to the strings as I could, and it made no difference. I also played it through 3 different amps (Marshall, Sans Amp & Line 6) and it sounded bad through all 3. I just had a Seymour Duncan Screamin Demon installed and it now sounds as good as anything else I own.

Arrived in excellent condition, however it took me 2 hours to set mine up the way I like 'em. (very low action w/no buzzing) I tune down pretty low, and ended up removing 2 springs from the Floyd to get the bridge to sit level. My only real complaint in this category, is the D-tuna had dug into the paint a little during shipping, and it's a real bear to set up correctly. They do include the original string saddle if you want to take it off though. The factory includes super thick phone wire for strings, but I would hope most everyone puts thier own strings on a new guitar when they get it.The finish on mine is metallic purple, and is perfect.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This guitar is rock solid. It scares me that a guitar built so well is so cheap. I keep looking for things to be wrong with this thing, and I'll be damned if I can find anything to complain about. The last neck-through guitar I bought was a Jackson that costed me $1200, and was not too much better than this Kramer! I bought this as a beater to practice with, but it's really begininng to grow on me the more I mess with it.

I emailed Music Yo twice, and recieved a prompt response the very next day. Very good people to deal with.

I have been playing for 15 years now. It was really a leap of fatih to buy something I not only had never seen before, but had never even played before!
Like I said before, I can't believe these guitars are so damn inexpensive. After recieving my first one last week, I've already placed an order for another one in a different color. Anyone who sees these will think you paid 5 times what they sell for! Just make sure you take the money you save and buy some good pickups for it when it gets to you.
