Korean made 12 string 20 fret acoustic guitar. It has a Solid Top with is definitely a plus. Body and neck is made of mahogany, top is spruce and the fretboard is rosewood. Plastic nut and saddle. Pretty much your basic starter 12 string guitar, not bad for the price.
Sound

Definitely doesn't compare to higher end 12 strings. It lacks that rich sound. But, for the price, it's not too bad.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The first guitar I received from musicyo had a crack stemming from the bridge, maybe it happened during shipping, and the finish wasn't that great on the top, there were ruff spots, not to the hand but to the eye, like it was sanded or they missed some spots. I sent it back for an exchange.
The second one they sent had ok aciton at the nut and bridge and no cracks but still had the finish problem and the neck was shaved oddly and uneven. I'm going to re-shave the neck. I'm going to replace the nut, saddle and the bridge pins too. And the overall shape of the guitar is a bit uneven. They need better quality control!
Reliability/Durability

The finish is open grain natural and very thin, but they state that. Not sure if it would withstand live playing/touring, as I currently play more as a hobby these days, or how well the bridge was glued on, the nut, etc. They seem sturdy enough. Could probably depend on this for a backup. Treated with care this guitar would probably last for some time.

I've had this guitar for a while now and if I remember correctly the price was 149.99 (or maybe 139.99) at the time.
I've been playing for about 12 years and also own a Martin DM12 12-String Dreadnought Acoustic, beautiful nice quality guitar I might add. I bought this as a backup/beater guitar to take with me to jam at my friends house or wherever and it does it's job. I use the Martin for recording.
My major complaints are how the second guitar, the one I decided to just keep, neck was shaved and how the overall guitar shape is a bit uneven. For the price it's an ok guitar I guess, far from great, but sounds decent and does its job. They need better quality control though, in my opinion from my experience with Kramer.

This is one of the new Kramer 12 string acoustics made in Korea. It has a solid spruce top that looks nice, not as tightly grained as more expensive guitars but no complaints on the quality of the top. The body is mahogany with an open grained apperance. It looks like the finish on those cherry wood seagull guitars. I would not really call it a satin finish because it is not smooth. Body style is dreadnought. The tuners are very nice, what a surprise to see tuners of this quality on an economy guitar.

The guitar does not sound cheap at all, it sounds very nice. The woods used in the construction are of very good quality giving the guitar a very nice tone. I did not notice any fret buzz at all anywhere on the neck.

the strings are set at a medium height, no complaints with that. The top is well bookmatched. The finish overall is that of a guitar in the 300-400 dollar range. The plastic pegs that the hold string ends to the bridge look cheap because they are hand painted, they will be replaced with wood pegs. The frets look a bit tarnished but that is no problem. Looking at the edges of the frets there is some roughness that you would not see on a more expensive guitar but moving my hand up and down the neck I can't really feel any problem with the fret edges. I have no complaints with the construction of the guitar, it is impressive. The guitar is neck heavy as stated in the previous review.

I will probably not store this guitar in standard tuning. I would be more comfortable storing it D tuning. As a matter of fact I think I will play this guitar in D tuning dropping it one whole step down from E tuning to ease the tension on the neck and body. This is not a throw away guitar intended to last a year. This is a very attractive guitar that I'm proud to own and I want it to last a very long time.

the Kramer Korean guitars get a bum rap for quality issues. That's probably why they are sold so cheap. I expected a high quality guitar and thats exactly what I got.

Been playing since 1986. I currently own 9 guitars. I also have a Kramer Duo Pro classic telecaster copy that I'm happy with. If you have ever lusted for those lush chords you hear on "Stairway to heaven" then this guitar is worth buying. It is certainly unique with it's quality construction and give away price. The current sale price of 119 dollars is totally amazing. Like the other review says "go for it"!

There's your official spec sheet. It's an entry level 12-string acoustic... it's got a thick re-enforced neck, and some good tuners. No accesories included with this one... oh well. Since the tuners are good, and it's a solid top, it gets a good grade for being a cheapie.
Sound

The body isn't all that big... and the strings weren't very heavy, but it was surprisingly loud and clear. Normally I expect a sound this big to be from a jumbo... I was surprised to say the least. The factory strings were not yet all tarnished and gross, so it sounded like a champ out of the box... just wait til I put some Phosphor bronze on it... look out! The body of the guitar is quite thin and resonant... At this price, complaining is futile... If it were a thousand dollar guitar, I'd be super critical... the price is low... and you get lots of good sound from that price....
Action, Fit, & Finish

Not bad here... action is fair...a bit lower would be nice, but it's not buzzing. Intonation is acceptable, fretwork is good... This has a natural satin finish on it, which I'm not really sure I like... I prefer the laquer look, but again, it's a cheapie. There are no significant defects, quality control gets kudos. The neck on this is significantly heavier in weight than the box side... so it has the potental to dive for the floor... that's a bit annoying, but understandable since you need the re-enforced neck to handle the string tension..

My biggest concern here is the thickness of the box... it's thin and resonant, but I am not sure that it is re-enforced well enough.. the Neck is really strong, but I am concerned that over time the top may buckle under the string tension... only time will tell on that.

The warranty is 30 days... hooray. It's a throw-away at this price anyway, so if I get a year or so enjoyment out of it, great...

I've got a about 4 years into playing now, and always loved the sound of a 12 string... so I jumped at the chance to have one this cheap. It seems kind of wierd having an acoustic guitar with the brand name that re-defined mullet head rock music. Considering that 12 grover tuners are worth about 80$ alone... this guitar is a tremendous value... If you ever wanted a 12-string, go for it.. price it right. Granted I'd prefer a Martin, or a Gibson, but then I wouldn't feel comfortable taking it outside, or dragging it around in my car so I could play whenever the spirit moved. The bottom line is...... It's low cost, it sounds pretty good, it is of acceptable quality. Therefore, I see no reason to not buy it if you either want to experiment with 12 string, or want a "beater"...
