Made in Sweden, before Martin took over the company. End '60, beginning '70
This is an accoustic twelve-string, dreadnought. As all twelve-strings, the neck is quite large.
I don't know anything about the material, but it is still in great shape after all this years.

Sounds like a twelve-string should sound: full.
The bass-notes are a bit overwhelmed by the higher notes, and higher on the neck, it may sound a little sharp, but I guess this has more to do with the age and the past owner than with the guitar itself.
The neck is hard to play. However, tuned it down half a tone, and is a lot more comfortable

bought it 2-hand, I had to adjust the neck and the saddle a little bit, but... 2-hand

Couldn't replace it, since it is history. Would miss the looks and the sound, but would by another 12-string - simon& patrick for example.
