This guitar was made in China by the Farida factory.
I live in Belgium and I think that this brand only is well known in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Only 48 guitars are made likt this. I have nr 37.
Th neck is very thin, the oppsoite to a Classic tele or Baja Tele.
It plays very easy, so I like it.
I think this guitar is made in 2005.

Not a guitar for the heavy stuff, but great for jazz, blues, folk, rock.
I maybe try out some other pickups just for curiosity, because these are great stockpickups

This is a great guitar. I'm sure it will be great collector's item in the next years.
I played a Baja Tele, Custom '62 re-issue Tele, MIM standard Tele, Highway One, Nashville, and..... this thinline is the nicest guitar.

Dutch brand that doesn't exist anymore.
Made in the Farida fabric (China). Year ? Only 48 pieces worldwide!
I think....no i'm sure that this is the best Tele Thinline copy ever made. Half massive Ashwood body with F-hole on the bass site. Thin (very comfortable playing) maple neck with 22 medium frets. Maple headstock with nice working Farida tuners. One volume and tone and a 3 way selector. Covered single coil in the neck position, stackered single coil in the Tele style bridge (like the mid 90th Japan Fenders models).

It sounds amazing. Warm jazzy sounds from the neck pickup to the twangy sounds from the bridge pickup. It just sounds what you expect from a real Fender Tele. I played blues and country (John Fogerthy CCR style) on it using a Fender tube amp. The single coil pickups are very good and not noisy at all. This is simply a damn good guitar for the price i paid for (400 euro).
Much better than a Squier Thinline or Thinline from any other brand!

The action and fit was perfect when i got it from the local musicstore. Everything was well adjusted so no problems.
The finish has no flaws. Neck and body have a transparant satin lacquer. The veins in the ashbody are lovely. There are no irregular things to see. It's just perfect again.

I'm only playing at home, no gigs or something like that.
This guitar is well made and look's/feels it will last a long time.
It's maybe not so rock solid as a real Fender, but at this pricepoint i've never seen a guitar before that is as good as this one. I still ask to myself: how can they made it for the money.

Never dealt with them so no opinion about that.
It comes with a two year warranty. No gigbag, strap or cable included. Just the guitar and nothing else.

I've been playing about 25 years now. I have also a Fender Strat (Mexico made) from the mid 90th.
I hope i never loose this baby, it would be hard to get another one (just 48 pieces made).
I'm sure this London City thinline would grown out as a collector item (if it isn't one allready).
There's absolutely nothing i hate about this guitar. It's great!
I've played a Squier Vintage Modified Thinline Tele a few weeks ago, the London City is so much better.
THIS LONDON CITY COMET THINLINE IS A FANTASTIC VALUE!
GET YOUR HANDS ON IT WHEN YOU'LL SEE ONE!
