Red Stratocaster, with 3 single pickups. It is heavy, with a thick rosewood(?) neck. 21 frets with dot (plastic?) inlays. 3 controls, being 2 tone and 1 volume. 5 position switch. That is, a standard stratocaster.

It has the sound of a strat, it has the 'twing'. It is noisy with lots of distortion, but i think that would happen with almost any strat. The switch allows some tonal variety, as well as the tone controls.
I like it a lot

I have it for 12 years already. It is my first guitar. The action, when I bouhgt it, was high, but i didnt know that. When i learned how to ajust the bridge, it was perfect. Action is low enough now, not like a jackson, but bvery good. Can solo fast withou pain.
At first the tunning pegs didnt hold, but then i learned that, if i did some heavy bends and retuned the guitar, it would stay. You cant use the whammy bar, thoug, because it will not hold the tunning.
The guitar is properly aligned, no flaws or scrathes. The pickguard turned cream, but it is normal considering the age. This guitar is built like a tank.

This guitar is very reliable and will suport anything. Two years ago i changed the switch, and that is it (apart from strings, obviously). The strap buttons are a bit off, but they will stand. I dont play live, but if i did and only had this guitar, i would be afraid.

Never had to use customer support. I dont even know where to look for.

Its been 12 years since i've been playing. I have a jackson. I wish i knew what a guitar was before i bought this one, but i dont regret it. At the store, there was a black and a red guitar. I choose the red one, and that was it. If were stolen or lost, i would be very upset because i dont think it is replacebale, it has a sentimental value now. I hate the fact that it is very heavy, i cant play standing for a long time. I wish it had 22 or 24 frets.
Compared to my jackson, it is a "crude" guitar, perfect for a raw, all felling no technique sound.
I think i will keep this guitar for as long as i live.

feature:This is a india made guitar, when i got mine it still had the "made in" sticker. My guess it was made mid 80s. 21 frets with a blood red paint job with white pick guard. the pick up config on mine is 2 single and 1 double all humbuckers. Maple neck and ash body. IM not sure bout the bridge or the tuners but they both kick ass. I got mine for 100 dollars from some guy who played jazz on it. hard rock it the only way to go. 2 tune knobs and one volume, 5 settin switch.

Unfortunately, I don't know when or where this guitar was made. My only guess would be the 1980's, and perhaps India (I've read reviews of other Lotus guitars, most of which were thought to be from India).
Solid ash body (strat style: toilet-colored with a white pickguard)
S/S/S stock pickups, 1 volume, 1 tone (should've been 2, but one had literally been snapped off when I bought it; I wouldn't use it anyway), 5 way selector switch, standard fender-style tremolo
21 frets on a thin, silky smooth maple(?) bolt-on neck with rosewood fingerboard
Not sure whether the tuners are stock or not, but they work very well (unless you actually use the tremolo)
Bought this guitar from an acquaintance; no accessories included.

Unfortunately, I haven't played this guitar in about 2 years (since then, I've bought a 1992 Fender HM Strat and a 2003 Fender Showmaster H). It used to be my only guitar, though, and I played everything from No Doubt, to Van Halen... from Stevie Ray Vaughan to Rush. Played straight through a Roland Cube 30, it sounded about as good as any guitar could through that amp.
I never really used the middle pickup (though I probably should've on those SRV tunes). Bridge pickup is perfect for leads and solos. Bright, but not overly bright. Neck pickup has an amazingly beautiful warm tone; doesn't sound like a single coil should (and I'm glad it doesn't!)
Very good sustain. No buzzing or dropping, volume and tone knobs work perfectly. I don't recommend using the tremolo, however. Based on the expectations of such a 'no-name brand', this definitely deserves a perfect mark... erm, so long as you don't use the trem.

When I bought this guitar 6 years ago, it was in great working condition. Cosmetic condition was a different story; this was a used guitar, after all. Previous owner obviously knew how to set it up properly, but must've been too lazy to clean it. Rust on tremolo, pickup poles, and screws. And, of course, I'm also too lazy to clean it. Perhaps I oughta do that someday...

This was my ONLY guitar for 3 years of sporadic live playing, so I got a lot out of it. Hardware is still as good now as it was back when I bought it. It's pretty banged up now; lots of little dings and finish-cracks, a few actual chips. This is due to one of the strap buttons randomly slipping out, and my inability to catch the guitar before the ground could.
I would not play this guitar live NOW, for two reasons.
1) I live in upstate New York, where winters are harsh and summers are insanely humid.
2) I haven't played this guitar in about 2 years.
These two problems coupled together have warped the neck a little. After a truss rod adjustment, however, I'd definitely gig with this guitar. As a matter of fact, I may just start using this one as my backup guitar (it's great, but it doesn't beat my Fender Heavy Metal Strat when it comes to metal and shredding).
It gets a 9 for durability & reliability. I've had this guitar for 6 years, never had it set up, and I got 4 years of flawless reliability out of it.

I haven't tried to contact the company, but I've been searching the web for it for a long time now. I'm not sure if this company is still in business. Or maybe they're just elusive.
1 - Not helpful at all; basically worthless.

I've been playing for over 8 years. Various musical styles, mainly: Classic Rock, Blues Rock, Melodic Metal, 80's 'cheese metal', Prog Rock/Metal.

My favorite features on this guitar are the neck pickup and the extremely comfortable & gorgeous neck. The neck literally looks like silk... except for the wood pattern. Worth immeasurably more than the $75 I paid for it. If it were stolen, I would cry like a little girl. I wouldn't replace it, but only because I've got so many other guitars and wouldn't be able to afford another $75 investment! (College student... lazy and unemployed. ^_^
I'd like to make a few changes to this guitar, but could use some advice. I'm thinking of getting one of those cool flame pickguards, but I don't know whether it would look 'wicked' or horrendous. Also, I'd like to give the body a new paint job, but basically have no money to spend. Would automotive paint do the trick? (Unfortunately, I'm not very clever when it comes to guitar work, so any advice would be greatly appreciated).
