I bought it new in 1984 at a shop in Longview Washington. Solid top, maple neck & fretboard with 22 frets, alder body, crimson laquer finish, volume, tone, on off controls, single hummbucker, black pick guard ,string thru body, non locking cheap machine heads,Strat style.

I like Blues Lyle is good for this because it's simple. I've got a practice amp. It's got a bright sound with the single humbucker at the bridge. Sounds like Albert Collins Telecasterish tone. Sometimes I'd like a deeper bigger sound. Though this guitar sounds unique.

I've tweeked it so many times I cant remeber how it came from the factory. I've resodered the jack, it creates some noise ocasionaly. Machines have had to be re screwed down a time or two.

Stays in tune, nice. Finish is solid.strap buttons suck. Yes I'd gig without a backup.
