made in china les paul copy. 1-piece mahogany body, 2-piece mahogany neck.
great deal, but unfortunately it comes whitout a hardcase or strap. tulip head-tuners and the basic les paul standard stuff.

Change the pickups and you'll have a great guitar. The pickups used in the guitar are the standard epiphone ones. They're good, but if you pay 100??? for a pair of Duncan's(~150$) you'll have a guitar that sounds and looks like a real Gibson one.

I ordered this guitar and they send it directly after they received the payment. I waited three weeks for it because the customs hold it in need of a correct invoice. Straight out of the box this guitar is probably the worst I've ever played. After I received the guitar, the first thing I've done was going to the luthier to get a proper set-up.

Didn't played live with it yet. Solid strap buttons and Polyurethane finish so it doesn't wear off with lots of playing.

I have a Epiphone SG and a Fender MIM Telecaster. Both are great Guitars, but after switching the pickups I like the Les Paul more than the SG. Great guitar for a great price, but make sure to get a Les Paul with mahogany neck and body.

so you can't afford 2000.00 for a guitar, get one of these for 200.00 plus shipping pay some guitar tech 100.00 to get it set up and you have a deal.
just think epiphones are 300+ and these are the same, just think gib sent workers over to show the chinese how to do it, now they are doing it better, go for it.

they ship and you receive within 5-6 days, they give you a tracking number.
warranty, what do you get from gibson with a warranty if it's 10+ years old, i tried calling them about a switch and they didn't even know what i was talking about and sent me to pikamoose, the guy there said it would start at 250 and sounded stoned.
i would rather not deal with a company like gib who has there warranty office full of stoned people.

Exactly like you'd expect a Les Paul to be. Tune-O-matic style Bridge, tulip head tuners, Mahogany body with a carved Maple top, thicker neck, 3 way selector switch, really your basic Les Paul.
Sound

I plugged this guitar in straight out of the box and I was actually surprised with how well the stock pickups played. The stock pickups are a bit microphonic at higher gain settings, but have more clarity than I expected they would. When I opened the back plate I was also surprised to see fairly large volume and tone pots, not as big as a set of Gibson pots, but not bad. If you are looking for that signature Les Paul tone and sustain out of this guitar you really do need to change the pickups though.

Straight out of the box this guitar is probably the worst I've ever played. The nut is terrible, and the action is set high. Also the screws for adjusting the height of the neck pickup sat about a quarter inch above the casing because the wood had not been routed deep enough. About 5 minutes and a Dremal will fix that easily enough though. After carving a new nut and a set up this guitar plays quite well though, better than any Epiphone I've ever played. I have the action set extremely low and there are only 2 or 3 frets that have minor buzzing issues with certain strings. A bit of fret filing can fix that up when the time comes. The finish is near perfect, as I could not really find any problems with it.

Since I have replaced the nut, and pickups this guitar has given me no issues after about 20 hours of play. The tone and volume knobs are responsive and noiseless, and when I took it apart the soddering job appeared a bit sloppy, but sturdy. Same goes for the soddering of the input jack and the selector switch. The finish appears thick and should last some time. The hardware also appears as durable as a person would hope it to be. Once the string coils have tightened at the tuners, the tuners keep the guitar in tune perfectly. I've replaced them with Gibson tuners just to make sure and this guitar stays in tune even after 5 hours of straight playing (both rhythm and lead). In it's current form I would gig this guitar without a backup. I also put some strap locks on it, because I tend to throw my guitar around quite a bit while playing, but the strap buttons that come with it are better than what Gibson uses on it's guitars.

I ordered this guitar custom. Mine is left handed and they did not have one that looked like what I would like (I purchased a gold top with humbuckers instead of P-90s)and they made it within the 3 weeks they said it would take to build. When asking questions Teresa was helpful, although it is obvious English is a second language when asking more complicated questions. Once the guitar was ready she sent me photos to make sure it was correct, then she confirmed my shipping address and sent it that day. She gave me an EMS tracking number and the guitar arrived within a week from China (I live in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada) no problems. The guitar was well packaged and arrived in mint condition.

Besides this Les Paul I also own a 2001 Gibson Les Paul Classic and a 2004 Epiphone Les Paul Custom and now that I have finished this guitar plays and sounds closer to the Gibson than it does the Epiphone. The Epiphone cost around 900 dollars new and the Gibson was about 2300 with the Seymour Duncan's I added to it. With upgraded Seymour Duncan pickups, Gibson tuning heads, and a new bone nut (carved by a local luthier, I suck at carving new nuts) This guitars final cost was around $650-700. Bottom line is that this guitar is a good solid piece of wood. The electronics and setup are garbage, but the wood and finish is Gibson quality, and when it comes down to it electronics can be changed, if the guitar is a good chunk of wood, it can become a great guitar. I stripped the thing right down to nothing and I can attest that the wood is one solid chunk of mahogany and the top is Maple. If you want a guitar to learn on straight out of the box, get something else. But if you are familiar with guitar maintenance and want a gig-ready guitar that feels like a Gibson without the worry of trashing a 2000 dollar axe, this is perfect. It will take a bit of work, but mine cleaned up way above my expectations.

Unknown year, serial numbers on back are correct, says made in USA.
22 frets. solid body, super flamed top,
les paul sunburst, red double neck, and custom ordered design.
tuners, bridge ect. are pretty good, they look the same as the no brand that stew mac sells.

Rock and a little bit of everything that is easy.
Tube Marshall amp.
Sound is pretty good, if you want an exact gibson or other sound then change the pickups, i bought an antioniotsai guitar that had horrible pickups that if i paid $1.00 i would have been ripped off.
You will have to change the pots and jack to get a super reliable guitar, and after that it's perfect.

Set up was not really done, I had to file the frets, nut and will have to level some of them on my new guitar just to get it right, but 3 out of 4 isn't bad.
wood work on these are almost perfect, i wish i had found these 11 years ago before i bought my les paul but i still love that guitar.

Super helpful, I hope to get some more soon, I don't have as many as the guy with 10 but I'm getting close.
All shipping is express and they send tracking numbers, I received all of my guitars within 5-10 days if not custom ordered.
If I would custom order one it would take about 30-40 days.
Unfortunately there is no warranty on a $350.00 double neck guitar from China.
But its a heck of a lot cheaper than any other no name double neck guitar.

copies for display and playing are: les paul sunburst, les paul playboy, SG double neck so i can run up the stairway to heaven, moderne, snakehead fender.
some others are a machine gun guitar and a map shaped inlay guitar that are not from musoland.
These guitars are great to play, and are almost like costume jewelry, you can have them out and not worry about them.

I have been purchasing guitars from Musoland from when they first started out. The features on these guitars is outstanding for the cost of them!!! Solidly built, decent quality and great sound, again, for the cost. Sure, some of them are better than others, but that just goes along with the territory...even Fender and Gibson USA have their faults.

Most of the Les Paul style models come with vintage style PAF humbuckers. I even went as far as to remove them and found that several of them even had "Gibson USA" embossed in the backs....same pickups used in the Epiphones!!!They have a wide variety of range and will play anything from blues to heavy metal with no modifications!!!

These guitars are not set up from the factory....a good tech can have these things wailing in no time. I did have a couple that just wouldnt "come together" very well, but again, that comes with the territory. After a decent setup, these things play very well, easy action and can be set wherever you personally like them. The finishes on these is amazing for an aftermarket guitar. EVERY bit as good as any $600-$900 guitar out there. It doesnt take much, or a lot of cash, to change out the bridges and tuners making these a GREAT option for the "fool your friends" kinda thing.

These guitars make a GREAT backup or "Road Warrior" kinda guitar. The cost is good and you can leave the higher dollar ones at home so they dont get trashed. I have had one personally for over 2 years and it has never let me down and I still get comments on the sound and looks of it!!!

Teresa has always been kind and has returned every email I have sent to her. We did have a little problem a few times, but it was taken care of quickly. What some people tend to forget is that US Customs can tie them up from time to time so the delivery dates may be pushed out a few more day, this is not the fault of Musoland though.

I have been playing for around 25 years. I play mostly for fun, and these guitars "fit the bill" PERFECTLY!!! I have always laughed at the fact that if someone broke into my house and stole my "Gibsons", then I know they are truley a fine example of a reproduction guitar. Once again, the way i see it, why buy an Epi when you can have a quality reproduction "Gibby" at around the same cost....after all Epi's are made overseas too.

Typical of any genuine Gibson Les Paul standard really, flamed maple top in deep cherry burst. Really good intonation, frets, neck, all ok. Very pretty. VERY, VERY PRETTY!

Rich sound, great sustain but the pickups seem to loose their magic at loud volumes (they squeel and go microphonic). I'd suggest to any potential buyer, expect the worst with the pickups!

Here's the downside. The bridge was total crap, loose wonkey saddles. As I mentioned, the p/ups are not so good. The finish isn't perfect. I found a few spots where the finish is slightly thicker than it should be. You really only notice this when you look very close though, and I'm being picky - if I'd spent the usual Gibson price on it though, I'd send it back! Even including the price of a new bridge, it's still a few pence cheaper than my first ever crap strat copy!!

As good as any other decent guitar really. She's hefty and solid, but I'm expecting the hardware to wear out purely because it was so cheap - it seems ok so far though!!!

I've been playing for 15 years and never thought I'd buy a Gibson! I suppose I never will either - certainly not while they sponsor Shakira and Ashlee Simpson and Keifer Sutherland, but thats not the point. The point is, this is a really beautiful guitar. If somebody stole it I'd chop their hands off. I'll never sell it either. She'll be cremated along with me when I go! Sorry to the Gibson factory workers, but for the corporation... all's fair in "rock n' roll". It's got as many floors as the real deal, so I don't feel guilty.

I ordered two gold top les pauls from MUSOLAND and submitted the required funds. All the contact information from the last poster was true, POC Treasa, company name contact info. Treasa does return emails. I ordered and never received the guitars. I waited over a month and never received the guitars. I really don't know if the email information was translated correctly to Chinese or what. Two other Chinese companies had no problem communicating. She seem to understand the converstions fine. I have no less than 15 emails 7 of which say "I send you guitar tommarrow" or " I send you guitars in two or three days". I did not have the same experience that the 1st poster claimed to have. It was just too much work. Maybe in the future Musoland will have better customer relations.

Treasa seemed to be of help the first two or so emails and it went down hill from there. Fifteen plus emails with statements that the guitars would be sent. The guitars were obviously not in stock or not obtainable at the time. If you do order, I would suggest the use a service such a Paypal for the buyer protection. I received a refund from Paypal after a small investagation and short wait. Would much rather have received the products. After all was said and done, the refund completed. I received an email stating "I ship you four guitars" included was a tracking number. Although, I only ordered two guitars, I would probably have issued payment for 10 guitars at this point. I thought, "Wow what a gesture of good faith". I tracked it for four days and it was delivered to someone else in another state. Again, I guess she was teasing. Maybe that is Chinese humor or, maybe not.

I have been playing for 30 plus years. I have owned hundreds of guitars. It is my business. I am trying not to be too critical as the Chinese will most definitely have problems with laws of capitalism and customer relations specificly in the USA. I have seen some of the Chinese Les Pauls and they are definitely worth the money spent. If I could just own one! Good luck to all trying to order. Hopefully there will be some positive posts forthcomming.

Hello all. This is an introductory note on this marvelous manufacturer of guitars. They are manufactured in China to excat replica specifications. The website is:
http://www.musoland.com.cn/
and the POC is Teresa.
I have bought 11 guitars from her already (2 SGs and 9 les Pauls), and these are absolutely fantastic workmanship and top shelf quality.
I cannot comment on the hollow bodies, but what I bought is absolutely top shelf.
I am a producer, recording engineer and mixer and own and operate three rec/mix/mastering studios in the USA and overseas, and 30 year touring guitar player veteran. I also produce rock theatrical productions, of which these 11 guitars are going into a show in December.
I cannot tell you how pleased I am adding these wonderfully handcrafted instruments with top quality components to my catalog of equipment.
These are very honest people, and IMO have made an impact on the US market that will be long lasting.
There is too much to discuss here, so go to the website and check it out for yourselves.
Best regards to all
