Malden Bad Karma, solid mahogany body, mahogany neck, well built, beautifully set up, has an obvious resemblance to a Les Paul Custom, unfortunately for the Les Paul Custom, it eats it's lunch, beats it up, spits on it, then leaves it there crying on the asphalt. Love the coil taps on the custom hand wound alnico pickups.

Brighter than a Les Paul and much more versatile, sounds closer to an SG , but it has it's own thing going on, pull the coil taps and you get a telecaster that's been Knighted by the Queen herself.

Best part about this guitar is the amazing attention to detail in the build and the setup. First guitar in my life that I did not have to take into the shop for a set up after purchase.

Well the day I played this baby was a good karma day for me, the day I came back to the music store (one year later) and it was still sitting there, begging to be played (and discounted for the holidays) was an even better good karma day for me. If you are lucky enough to get your hands on one of these magical, mystical little chunks of mahogany, then knock on wood.
