This guitar was made in 2008, and I'm not sure where it was made. It has 20 frets, each one artfully filed down by Denny Zager. The top is solid spruce. The body wood is mahogany, and the neck is rosewood. It is a dreadnought design with Venetian cut-out. It has sealed Grover tuners. I bought the matching case, a very nice one. It came with a humidity guage, picks, extra strings, and a certificate of authenticity. Upon taking it out of the case for the first time, I was very impressed by the appearance of the guitar, with its gorgeouse transparent gloss finish that had been hand waxed by Denny. Playing it is a dream come true for me, a veteran guitar player who hadn't touched an instrument for several years. I play the guitar frequently, and the fingers of my left hand do not get sore from playing because the action on the guitar is so incredibly low.
Sound

This guitar is versatile in that you can play many types of music on it. I play rock and pop songs on it. The guitar has such a rich, full sound, with sparkling highs and deep, luxurious lows! It stays in tune and none of the frets or strings buzz at all. I'm not using it with an amp now, but it can be hooked up to one. This is the best guitar I've ever played or owned. I've already derived many hours of pleasure from it, and that means that I'll love it even more as my skills improve. You will have no regrets if you buy this guitar!

This Zager guitar was set-up impeccably and with unrivaled precision. Everything about the guitar is perfect. I honestly cannot find any flaws.
Reliability/Durability

I believe that this guitar is very sturdy! As such, it should last many years. The finish will last that long also, and it has a tortoise pick-guard to protect it from wear.
Customer Support

Customer support is one of the best things about this guitar. It has a lifetime warranty, and the company will even pay for return shipping if you're not satisfied. Denny Zager and his son are frequently online, where you can chat with them or communicate by e-mail, which will be answered promptly.

I have been playing for 45 years. I have a capo --that's about it! I had all of my questions answered before I purchased the guitar, and if it were stolen or lost, I'd definitely buy another one ASAP. I just love this guitar.
