This guitar is extremely versatile and as a blues and hard rock player suits my playing in grand style.I am using a Marshall 50 watt DSL 2000 HEAD and 1960a Quad box with a fulltone fulldrive 2 ;a fulltone deja vibe 2 and a morley wah.I have found it to be noisy when the bridge pickup is selected especially on higher gain settings.
It has so many different sounds and to be honest this is the best guitar I have ever owned.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The guitar came from the Maton Factory with an excellent set up.The action was low and it is great to play.It was beautifully finished .I have owned Gibson Les Pauls; Fender Telecasters;Yamahas and this maton is superior in fit and finish to any.
Reliability/Durability

This guitar will last me to when I am unable to play any longer which I hope will be for many many years to come.The strap buttons are very solid and I could use it on a gig with out any thought of requiring a back up.

I have been playing for 20 years .I have a Maton acoustic EGB 808 Artist which is also fabulous.If it were stolen or lost I would be devastated and I would definitely buy one again.I love everything about this guitar .It is the best I have owned by far.I chose this one because it is australian made and it rocks.It cost less than comaparable Gibsons and Fenders and is great value for money
