Excellent guitar. Features include, Grover Tuners, AP-5 pickup system with mic, C.G.P. inlay at 12th fret. Top is AA Spruce with back and sides consisting of beautiful Australian tone woods. Very light satin finish. Neck also has very light finish so as your fingers just glide up and down it effortlessly. No case was included. Very nice classical case was purchased separately.

I play very mellow music which I find perfectly suits this guitar. There is a slight buzz on the lower E string on certain frets. Great sustain. Has a pure sound, not brassy like some of today's more modernly produced acoustic guitars. Just great.

Setup up was flawless when I bought it from my local retailer. Absolutely no flaws in finish or on hardware. However, the corner of the pickguard did lift a little when I removed the protective covering. I have not noticed any movement in it since.

I would play it live, but would be super careful due to the sheer beauty and cost of the guitar. I would be the only person touching it. It is a rock solid guitar and I would rely solely upon it if I had to.

Bought guitar at a local retailer here in the states. Did not deal with the Maton factory at all. My retailer does all maintenance on the guitar. Not sure about the warranty.

I've been playing for about 10 years and this is the best I've come across yet. I actually sold a Gibson Les Paul Classic to help buy my Maton, and I can honestly say that I don't regret it one bit. It is truly a treasure. I think it is perfect the way it is. I love the case and my favorite aspect of the guitar is the finish. It is ultra smooth and just make it a joy to play. I will keep it forever and I'm sure it will keep giving me playing pleasure for many years to come.
