Standard Norman B15 with black body, a pleasant change to the normal bought in the UK in Jan. 2000.

I like to play a lot of James Taylor music and similar and my B15 has a good tonal quality when finger picking.

The finish is good but it was obvious that there was fret rattle while stumming. This was soon corrected by the shop that I bought it from in Cambridge (UK). However, in recent months the head end of the fret board has twisted, and while the guitar is still perfectly playable (the top strings did need retuning repeatedly), I am worried that further twisting could render it needing repair. The warrenty is for 2 years from Norman on materials and manufacture but so far the cambridge shop has had no joy from the UK representative. This is concerning. I have kept it appropriately in a cool room in its case.

At present it does not look that promising...

The shop in Cambridge has been great with customer service but both of us are not happy with Norman (UK). Or more exactly the rep. in Glasgow, Scotland where repairs and assessments are carried out.

The B15 might be the bottom end of the Norman range but It really should be better put together than this one.
Buy from a good shop and check on your warranty before handing over your money.
