A most wonderful sound. Great lows and bright highs. Lots of sustain. I played along side a Martin D18 and the Norman was louder and sounded superior to the more expensive guitar.

I bought used but the action was never adjusted before I owned this guitar. When I bought it I found it nice for strumming but I lowered it slightly for finger picking and now it is perfect.

I take great care of this guitar and it is either on a stand or in the case in a temperature controled environment like all guitars should be. I have had minor bumps into furniture without any markings. The finish seems to be pretty strong.

This is my first guitar in years. It was in mint condition when I bought it. I played with I was much younger and had many different acoustic and electric guitars. This Norman is my favorite. I tried seveal before I found this jewel and I like this Norman the best. I played a variety of fine guitars such as Martin D-18, Martin D 28, Taylor 510 CE, Taylor 310. All of these guitars were great but I found the Norman played and sounded just as good if not better in some cases and was so much less expensive than the others.
