I play mostly soft fingerstyle. This is great....it has instant response. Barely touch it and it sings!
Warm bass and mid....clear treble without being shrill. It has PUTW pick up....I use a PUTW custom made booster through platinum Fisher floor EQ and a Cal Blonde amp. sounds natural. But if I slap, it makes strange sound. Plus when I fret up high, it's so sensitive I get those weird noted sounds before I pluck, and it's a bit too loud for my tastes....I'm sensitive to those sounds, I admit. Doesn't come through amplified, though.
The tuners are so sensitive, I'm still getting used to it (gear ratio?) Sound is smooth.....I now prefer it to my previous number one guitar!
Action, Fit, & Finish

Action was a bit high for me, but a set up fixed it. The neck was perfect....just filed down the saddle.
It's awesome now!
Finish = beautiful without being overly flashy. the blackwood is stunning....the cedar is a wonderful reddish hue. Nice gloss finish.

Solid and dependable. Cedar top is great for sound, but durability? I'll tell you in 10 years.

Been playing since 1968 or thereabouts. I own a custom Larrivee 0010, a 1980 Takamine 12 string, a 1974 Gibson L6S, and a couple beaters.
Feel and tone seems to be better than it should considering what I spent...I think it's a great value....I got a good deal on a custom piece. I'd be so ticked if it got stolen. It's one of a kind! It's a pain to change strings on slotted, but sure is easy to reach up and tweak when needed.
