Features : 9
I played a 2002 I think. Made in China. It has all the features it needs really. I like having a coil-tap for humbuckers, but hey, at this price who would expect it.

Sound : 9
I think this thing sounds amazing! No really I do. I haven't played it though my rig yet, but I plan to soon when I buy two of them! I'll give it a 9 just in case I find room for improvement later on, but as it stands right now I think it sounds great!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
Really quite amazing at this price. I'll say that blue and red are not my first choice for any guitar's color so they will get a point off for that, but I can get over it and I will buy one anyway. The finish itself is really nice and the guitars I played were set up great and felt as solid as my Reverend Rocco, a guitar costing 3 times as much. They certainly felt as good as good as if not better than any fender I have ever played, and I have played lots.

There were a few spots on the neck where glue or scuff marks were apparent so I'll take a point off for that too, but these were very minor, and I have seen this on guitars costing much much more money so it's no biggie really. The frest and neck felt real nice, and I mean REAL nice. Beautiful instrument!

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
I have no idea, but based on past experience with similar instruments, it should last you the rest of your natural life. Would gig without a backup and will.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't the slightest.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing for 15 years and I know a quality instrument when I see one and let me tell you friends this is a quality instrument!

I played the MM1 too and was less impressed, but I think that was just personal. It did feel a bit more cheap to me, but by no means really cheap. I mean I have played $1000.00 instruments that felt cheap so keep that in mind, it has nothing to do with price.

The MM4 felt amazingly solid and I plan to buy two and use them as my main axes for gigging and recording with. I am a semi-pro, meaning I do get paid to play and gig quite a bit, but I do not make my living doing it.

I wanted to leave a review for the MM4 because there are plenty for the MM1 'Axis' and I feel this is as good an instrument after playing them both.

I also played one of their basses and let me tell you, the whole line is amazing! In fact I am thinking about buying one of each to fill out my studio's instrument collection with. I don't mean to gush but I don't think I can convey how impressed I am with these instruments. They feel expensive, just aren't.
