2002 model also made in Indonesia. Full scale 4/4 size guitar.
19 frets total, but only 18 of them playable.

The top is a high gloss natural solid spruce top with a nice acrylic abalone decorative purfling around the edges.

The bridge is made of rosewood.

The sides and back are made of a rosewood laminate with a high gloss finish and have a black decorative binding around the edges with an acrylic abalone center stripe going down the back.

The neck is made of mahogany, with a darkly stained rosewood fretboard.

I don't know the manufacturer of the tuners, but they're chrome and seem fairly smooth when tuning, and generally well made.

The nut and saddles are made of plastic.

Sound : 5
With softer tension strings, the sound leaves a lot to be desired; however, harder tension strings give it a nice, bright, warm tone that resonates fairly well with the solid spruce top.

It lacks volume, but the volume could be increased slightly, along with the overall sound quality of the guitar with a bone or TUSQ nut and saddle.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
The action and setup are great, but the action is a bit close to the fretboard for my tastes, but that can be adjusted since there's a trussrod.

The fretting was all well done with large frets.

Wish the top had a more traditional finish instead of the natural spruce, but otherwise, the finish, binding, and inlay are much nicer than most guitars in its price range ( lists for $329, but sells on average for $219 - $250 )

Reliability/Durability : 6
The Finish won't wear off easily and it seems solid enough.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I don't know about the support. I bought it used.

Overall Rating : 6
It's a good sounding guitar for the money.

I got it brand new 2002 model. It was made in Indonesia. It is a standard classical guitar with a solid spruce top, laminated mahogany sides, neck with rosewood fretboard. It has some real nice cosmetic extras that make the guitar really look nice. They even darkened the fretboard to make it look like ebony. Tuners gold standard style you'll see on most classicals.

Sound : 6
The sounds is nice, especially when you hear it directly from the sound hole. I say this because it doesn't have too much volume and richness of sound. I have a La Patrie Collection classical guitar, and it is at least four times louder and richer sounding!!! I felt around inside the guitar and it has a traditional fan style bracing system under the top, but it only has three pieces making up the fan. I thought it was a standard 7 fan.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Nice set up, everything very clean.

It may not have the quality of sound that the La Patrie has, but I never expected it to be. Nice guita all the same.
