Great bang for the buck guitar. Sounds better than any guitar in it's price range. Bright, but full sound. Not as rich as the really high end guitars, but still very good tone.

Very solid guitar. Made to last. No need for a backup here.

Called the Tacoma factory (in Washington not Fender's Arizona office) and received excellent support. Very professional customer service department.

Compared it to just about every guitar (new and used) in it's price range. Nothing in it's class compares to it. It even came with a hard case. I've been playing 30 years. My other gear includes: Marshall TSL100 w/ 4x12 1960 cab, Mesa Boogie DC-3 1x12 combo w/ Mesa/Boogie Thiele EVM 112 Cabinet, Carvin Bel Air 2x12, Fender 4x10 Hot Rod Deville, Fender 1968 Princeton Reverb, 1981 Gibson Les Paul Custom, Warmoth Soloist, 1981 Ibanez Artist, Yamaha RGX612, Fender 1995 Fat Strat, Fender 1962 US reissue Strat, Fender Showmaster, US Peavey Wolfgang, Tacoma DR8CE, plus a whole bunch of miscellaneous stomp boxes.
