Another cheap copy of a Fender. This thing looks OK but the feel and sound is definitely where the $150 knock offs are. Because it is a plastic fretboard (with LED's-oooh!) glued to a wood neck there is always a problem with the fretboard popping off the neck. Talking with a few other owners of these guitars this seems to be a common problem and if you have read any other reviews you probably know their customer service is severely lacking. As for the lights themselves, that is kind of a joke. After you spend all this money on the guitar you have to spend a whole lot more on the stupid software just to make it work. The "free lessons" included only take you past the very basic rudiments of things like how to hold and strum the guitar. Then you pay out a ton more (non-refundable) money for this software that is no more helpful than a book or DVD AND it gets you in the very bad habbit of staring at your fretboard all the time. When do you ever go to a concert and see the guitar player looking at their fretboard for the whole show? Don't start bad habbits! Avoid spending a lot for an over rated guitar, and because you have to keep buying more lessons you dont save any money over tutorial books or DVD's.

Not very good, don't let your friends hear it.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 2
In general it was OK, went for the "custom setup" but I don't think the guy who did it had any idea what the hell he was doing. It had the feel of a very cheap, non-setup guitar.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
Like I said, this is a very cheap made guitar.

I have been playing for over ten years. I don't think I am an expert, or even very good but I know enough to know a crap guitar with a really bad gimmick when I hold it. I wish I had looked at other reviews before buying one, it did seem too good to be true. If it had been lost or stolen I would never concider buying another one.
