Features have been covered. Mine is a Vintage Natural Artist package. Incredible quilted maple top, looks about an inch deep from the front.Mine was made in March '07, and they discontinued the artist grade on this model shortly thereafter. All gold hardware, trem, beautiful "birds in flight" paua inlay unique to this model. Nothing but the best. Locking tuners, wide/thin neck, leather case, 5 way rotary switch.

Sound : 10
I am pretty stuck in blues and classic rock, having played in many bands over the years. I am now using it with a Swart Space Tone amp, and several pedal and effects units as I rotate through them (a bad hobby). It had a wonderful clean chime and a great humbucking growl, yet without the muddiness of my '60 reissue LP. In the single coil settings, it has strat overtones, but retains it's own unique voice. It almost has an acoustic clarity at low volumes in the neck and neck split/middle positions. Lots of range, each is a gem.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Setup: perfect. The matching of the 2 top pieces is stunning. I have not been a fan of most PRS newer guitars and I have seen alot (I walk past the the major NYC guitar retailers on 48th St in NYC every work day). This one seems like a Private Stock top, maybe they tried just a bit harder for the 20th anniversary models. No flaws at all.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Seems very strong, but I am never going to take it anywhere.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to contact them, but trust the dealer.

Overall Rating : 10
Been playing over 40 years. Have run through most of the normal stuff. Currently collecting John Suhr guitars and Fender Custom Shop Strats. This one jumped out at me at the dealer, and I figured if I was going to get one PRS, this was it. I love the thin, light feel, the thin neck, and the range of very unique sounds. I did compare it to several other PRS guitars, notably a new Singlecut, but this one won hands down for the range of tones and it's beauty.

My PPS Cu24 20th anniversary AP was made in Oct, 2005. This is the most beautiful and versatile guitar I???ve never seen before.

Mahogany body with Artist grade book matched flame maple top in whale Blue finish, regular neck, Brazilian rosewood on fret board and headstock overlay (really awesome), paua ???birds in fight??? inlay fret board and signature on headstock, gold hardware and parts (even a small skew on it , PRS Phase2 locking tuner and original tremolo/bridge, PRS HFS and Vintage bass humbucker pickups, 3-way toggle switch with push/pull coil tap. It also comes with a leather deluxe hardshell case.

I played rock, metal, blues and country style in a worship band in Taiwan, PRS sounds so good and versatile. I often use a lot of pedals with my other guitars. (Fulltone octave and Clyde deluxe Wah, Keely DS-1 and MT-2, MI Tube Zone, Maxon OD9 and AD900, Analogman clone chorus and ISP noise gate???.) But there is no need for too many pedals in loop when using my PRS CU24, I usually get my sound easily just plug the cable to the distort channel of amplifier and turn the volume and tone control.

The sound is full of midrange and wild scream high. It is deadly quiet with no noise. From crystal clear to heavy metal sound, PRS tone is all that I want.

This guitar was setup perfectly from factory. I can???t find any dint or scratch on it. The bookmatched maple top is gorgeous and flawless. The action is low and neck is smooth like butter.

Double cut body makes higher frets easily to reach and play. Every note comes from this guitar is perfectly in tune. When I bending and holding a note I could feel it sustains endless long.

Reliability/Durability : 9

PRS guitars are built to play live. I can really depend on it because this one always stays in tune. The finish and gold hardware is durable. I believe that every parts of this guitar were made by the highest quality wood and electronic materials.

The strap seems big and safe but I would like to change Schaller Strap Security Locks for better reliability when play live.

My PRS Cu24 20th anniversary AP model is well made and doesn???t need any repair. PRS already provide useful information on website for care and maintain. But I wish one day they could provide maul sheet or DVD when each guitar ship out.

Overall Rating : 10
I???ve been playing guitar for about 14 years, I owned PRS Singlecut, Gibison Les Paul DC plus, Musicman Silhouette, Fender American deluxe (just sold out few days ago..) and some acoustic guitars.
I usually use Singlecut to play live but the Cu24 20th Anniversary AP is my favorite guitar.

I love the feel, the tone and all the features on it. This one is my best instrument and it is worth to buy and hold it. If it were stolen or lost, maybe it is not easy to buy another one cause 20th anniversary AP models are limited. I???d like to save more money to buy a private stock...HA!
