Sound : No Opinion
I play classic rock, blues and similar. I don't really play metal. It is pretty perfect for this style. Guitar to Mesa F30. Sometimes a wah, maybe a phaser if I'm feelin' froggy. Sound is very sweet and articulate, very definite notes and tight attack, good sustain, just a very natural woody and tight sound, warm but doesn't lack brightness, doesn't get too muddy. Personally, I can't say anything bad about this thing. It is a middle of the road pony. Ain't gonna do metal too well, could do jazz, but you'd probably be better off with something different for jazz, for rock, blues and most popular styles, this is the axe!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
I've seen first hand the factory quality control at PRS. You would be hard pressed to find a flaw in anything that leaves the building. Everyone from the janitor to PRS himself are watching these things at every stage of production. They don't hesitate to send a guitar back for the slightest imperfection. Anyone along the way can stop a guitar in its' tracks if they see something wrong. Also, wanted to mention when you pick it up, you will notice instantly how light it is. I don't know the weight, but it is a real feather. Easy on the back.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Everything is solid, finish is thin enough to let vibration happen, but durable enough to guard the guitar. Very dependable. I wouldn't mind locking tuners, but no biggy, it stays in tune very well anyway. I wouldn't ever gig anything without a backup. Too many drunk people wobbling around to not have a backup. Hardware is top shelf.

Customer Support : 9
PRS didn't get this far this fast with shitty CS. He broke the industry standard in 20 years, 'cause he cares about what has his name on it. They do like you to go through their authorized repair people, but that works for me.

Overall Rating : 10
I've bee playing 18 years, I think. Honestly, you don't want to hear about what other gear I own. I know I have a sickness. Lost or stolen, I'd weep, then I'd sell possesions to get another. I've always said to myself, why doesn't PRS do a Korina with Brazillian for a 1/2 decent price? Well, they did, dreams do come true. I love it. Actually, it was cheaper than I thought it would be. If it said one of the other two names on the headstock, it would be 5 grand.
