Don't know what year it was made, I guess 2008. Made in Korea
It's a Gibson Lucille type guitar. Body made of laminated maple, Mahogany/maple/rosewood neck. Controls are like "Lucille" 2 volume pots, 2 tone pots, 1 threeway switch and 1 fiveway switch.
Hardware: Grover tuners and a stop tailpiece.
It came in a very nice case

I use it for Jazz, blues and soul repertoire in combination with my Strats and Tele. I mainly play it through my Fender Twin Reverb or my Mesa Boogie DC-5. The sound is very versatile from jazzy warm to biting thin due to the Filtertron type P.U's.
Though I'm a Fender lover this guitar warms my bones when I'm playing it and that's exactly why I bought it.

This is where I want to state that Peerless is well on their way to become a high quality guitar builder. Set-up is perfect and I could not find any building mistakes. It's obvious that it was build with good craftmanship.

I'm not afraid this guitar will let me down. I'll always take good care of my guitars and it's build properly. Even though I never gig without a backup I don't mind using it without.

Playing for 46 years so I know my way in guitarland.
Don't know if I would buy it again. I've owned a lot of guitars through the years. Some I traded for others, some I gave away but I never let go of my Fenders.
I've chosen this guitar because of the high quality and the low pricing.
