Features : 5
very simple, but beautiful all yellow cedar classical guitar...with some sort of dark binding, perhaps walnut
no pickups, or electronics
wood knob ( not peg )tuners

Sound : 8
as with all instruments, finding the right strings helps.
i changed to Hannabach medium tension trebles ( the gold ones )
and D'adderio's newest gold plated fairly inexpensive classical strings on the bottom end.

its an amazing guitar now. sounds great

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
slight finish flaw in the choosing of the top wood, and to me, the finish is a bit thick, and cheap, ie the clear coat, but it sounds GREAT anyway

Reliability/Durability : 9
used it for years now, maybe 10+

Customer Support : No Opinion
no idea

Overall Rating : 10
it was something like $450 with a hard case, its exceptionally beatiful doe to the all light wood with dark binding.
simple, but with the right strings, just sings
