The Quiles C-2 has a fine grained solid spruce top and laminated Indian rosewood sides and back. The fretboard is made of ebony and the neck is made of cedar.
Nut and saddle are made of bone.
Sound

The Quiles C-2 does sound very warm, open, bright, full with very good sustain.
It's a very loud guitar (as many Spanish guitars),all handcrafted and it has a very good playability with good balance in tone.
I do play many styles of music, the quiles C-2 is suited for classical, fado and even a little bit flamenco.
Also it's a very quick responding guitar with a real Spanish sound and when capoed on the second or third fret the classical tone even meets the flamenco tone, esspecially by playing rasguados and picados.Actally it's meant for advanced students, but the sound is almost professional.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The action was done in the Guitarras workshop in Valencia and it's very comfortable for classical.
The hardware(tuners seem to be very solid and are doing a proper job)and nut and saddle are made of bone and the fretware feels very good. The finish is very thin and offers the top a great opportunity to vibrate.
Reliability/Durability

I did buy the Quiles C-2 used (built in 2004)and everything works in a good way, so I think it's a very solid instrument. It holds up very well in tuning.
The Quiles C-2 is very light in weight(1,3 kg), so you might think it's a very fragile instrument, however by normal use it can handle almost everything in any situation.
Customer Support

As I did buy it second hand I did not have to deal with the customer support, however I did have email contact with the constructor Vicente Quiles, who was very helpful and friendly in answering my questions.(in the Spanish language).

I do play 36 years and played a lot of guitars: at this moment I do own a steelstring Martin OOO-28EC(my favourite one) and a classical Takamine ec132sc.
I did buy the Quiles C-2, because I was very surprised by the open, bright sound and high level of playability.
If you are searching for the real Spanish tone, near professional sound and comfortable playability the Quiles C-2 surely is very good choice, even the prize would make you smile (very low prized for a all handcrafted instrument)
