Sound

It is a flamenco spanish guitar. The sound for flamenco is perfect, powerful basses and sharp trebles, which gives it a very raspy and punchy sound when doing alzapuas and rasgueados. The sound is well balanced and the intonation is perfect.
This guitar has the old times flamenco sound.
I have been playing this guitar over 3 years full time and I can say even it has a beautiful tone, its sound is still opening and is getting better and better.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The set-up of this guitar is a dream. It is about 2 mm and it does not buzz unless you strumm the strings really hard, so when you play rasgueados it gives some kind of metalic sound, typical flamenco.
The finish is french polished.
It has beautiful inlayed ornamentation, and beautiful coloured inlayed veeners on the back and sides, which makes it a head-turner.
The grain on the top is so tight that is almost imposible to notice it.
The back and sides pieces of cypress are bookmatched and straight grain pieces.
It has two tap plates over and below strings to avoid nail-damaging.
Reliability/Durability

I have played it for more than 3 years and it's appereance is like new. I strum it really hard when playing rasgueados and golpes and the top is in perfect condition. Only some marks on the tap plates indicate this guitar has been played.
I guess the durability is up to the care of the owner. I play everyday several hours, but the guitar always goes from the case to my hands and then back to the case. Although I've been performing in and outside, this guitar has always been kept in hardcase.
It is a very light guitar, about 1.3 kg, so you have to give it a watch. But if you do, it will last for being played by your grandchildren. Like all the good flamenco guitars, which are light, but durable.

I've never have the need to deal with them. They have a website though which shows an email.

I've been playing flamenco for about 15 years after an intense one year course in Cordoba. I've played some high end flamenco blancas and I can say this one can handle some axes I've tried in Spain and here (Ramirez, Conde, Bellido, Burguet, Bernal...). I own a Manuel Bellido negra and the Quiles can face it with no problem, despite the Bellido one is from 90's and already opened up and matured.
I don't think there's better guitar for the price. This is a very nice instrument made by a non famous builder, so, they're afordable.
If it were stolen I would buy another one.
