maple neck with rosewood fret board. stock pickups are double humbuckers at bridge and neck and single in the middle position
unsure of body makeup but strat shape with standard tremolo
5 position selector switch with tone and volume controls
tuners are a little cheap

Sound : 7
I am a beginning guitarist with a small peavey amp but have plugged in to my friends fender 112 and sounds great with dod distortion or through the clean channel. My friend likes it much better than his mexican strat for sound but do to cheap tuners does not stay in tune as well as i would like.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
beautiful blue to black flame and bought the guitar used with no flaws. do not gig but the finish seems to hold up great with some travel back and forth to friends with no gig bag. and my sons friend say this guitar is "tight" just from the looks.

Reliability/Durability : 7
everything seems solid except the weak tuners.

Not sure what the body and neck are made of but it has a rosewood fretboard. 24 frets, non-locking strat style tremolo, 3 pickups(hum-single-hum) 5 way blade switch, 1 volume, and 1 tone.

Sound : 5
I thought the stock pickups sucked. I replaced the humbuckers with an EMG-81 in the bridge and an EMG-60 in the neck. I didn't replace the single coil, just got rid of it because it interfered with my picking. I replaced the switch with a 3-way fender switch. Guitar sounds kick ass with the new pickups. Great for what I play (the likes of Iced Earth, Shadows Fall, and old Metallica).

I like my strings a little heavier so I got rid of the ones that came with it and put on some Ernie Ball regular slinkys. It setup easily, no hassles. I love the finish. Its like a see-thru green burst thing. Usually pay extra for something like that but I got the guitar pretty cheap. The only thing I don't like is the where the neck is bolted on, it's a little bulkier than usual.

Reliability/Durability : 8
Seems like it was well built. I haven't had any problems with it. I don't gig so I can't say how reliable it is for that but at home, no problems.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with them. Warranty but I forgot how long it is.

I've been playing for 4 years and I've gone through quite a few guitars. I've played worse than this. You really can't beat it for the price. I mainly bought it for alternate turnings because it didn't have a floyd rose and would be easy to setup. It was cheap to customize it to my liking and I even got to sell off all the old pickups. It would make a really great first guitar but even if you've been playing awhile it does have it's high points. The finish is godly.

Strat type body, Blue to black flame color, two humbuckers, one single coil, volume, tone, standard non locking tremolo, five way selector, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, all black hardware.

Sound : 10
I have played it through a few amps, and it sounds great. The sound is tight, with good crunch. A lot better sounding then other stock pickups, and its not noisey at all. It sounds good plugged, and unplugged.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
No flaws at all. The paint job is great, the trem is nice and tight, the frets are nice and smooth, the neck feels great, the guitar stays in tune, the tuning pegs are tight, the action is low, and doesn't fret out or buzz at all. The neck feels like a Strat, but a little thinner.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Everything is pretty solid. I should have no problems with it.

They were really nice when I talked to them.

I figured for the price and because I've never heard of the brand name, that it would be a hunk of garbage. I was way off. Its nicer then the yamaha, Schecter, Ibanez, and Washburn I had, and they cost tons more. Its as nice as my Hotrod American Strat, and Jackson, which cost a grand each. It really is a super nice guitar. For the price, I'd buy another one in a second.
