it was made 03 in china, I've been looking for a mexiko Fender tele, saw this junk guitar in a shop, and I was amazed, how a cheap guitar could look that nice... a couple a weeks later, I saw a used one on the net, in a different music store. when I camed to the shop, the guitar was brand new, I just bought it, didn't try it out or anything. I wasn't expecting to much of it, I just wanted a tele...
it got some cool features, vintage tuners that are really cool, broadcaster topload stable(!), maple neck and a niece sunburst finnish, white pickguard...

I play pop/rock, beeing a swede you can think of the hives and all soundtrack of our lives, and this baby really knocks it every time... I use a marshall 100watt JMP head with a randall 4*12 1970's cabinett. sure it's a little noisy but wich singlecoil guitar isn't? all other tele's I've tried have been very sensitive with volume. this ain't. the neck pick-up is smooth, and the stable mick is a litlle thin compared to a custom tele I compared it with, but it's much much better than most squiers, hell it's not worse than the fender mexiko so...
the body seems to be a little thinner than fenders, and that is great cause the weight is held down a little, it also get a little lighter sound. that sometimes can be usefull... If you look at the main guitarist in the hives, he's using cheap korean guitars with vintage micks and a special made tele, that is a mix over from the gibson firebird-tele broadcaster...

the action was nice, it ran 0,9 strings that I replaced with 0,11 and I didn't care to fiddle with it, it tuned so, but now it has been given some work by a shop, they lowered the strings and stuff, they were excited over it cause it sounded so good.
if you are looking for a reliable tele, with a solid laquered neck, good tuners and a striking look, and don't want to buy a fender get this one, and rub the sx logo off... smash it around a bit, to get a well worned look, and people will look at it and think goddamn...

it is one of my main guitars... I use schaller straplocks insteed because I run about a lot...
I could use this without a backup, but sometimes you need a little more bottom than any tele without humbuckers can provide... I use this one at home, and on rehearsals, it's the best standard sub tele fender guitar i ever tested....

it a chinese company, and the guitar is cheap... and it's a tele... if you break the neck, you can fit whatever you like on it... stratt neck fits...

great!!! if you want a better mick people are telling me to try a Seymour duncan hotrails, I'll might do that... cause I play a goldtop P90 to, and they say that the hotrail will sound somewhat like that but noiseless like humbucker... but I'm convinced that a expensive stable mick will make this guitar a keeper for the price of a distpedal

Brand new (made 2003), distributed by PROEL, supposed it was made in China. 22 frets, single cutaway telecaster style. It has one volume, one tone control and 3-way switch. 2 single coil pickups (bridge pickup is lipstick style). Alder sunburst body, maple neck and fingerboard. 3 saddle tele style bridge with no string through body! Tuners are realy hard to scroll, but with some patience guitar can be well tuned.

I play rock and punkrock music. I use Laney 300TF amp, and Boss multieffect and guitar suits well for this kind of music. It has bright, crunchy sound and it isn't very noisy (just like other tele guitars)

The guitar was well set-up when I bought it. I slightly lifted bridge pickup and lowered some strings.

I have this guitar for few days only, but it will last some rocking around.

The guitar has 12 months warranty. The shop where I bought it, is the official importer for SX guitars in our country. So I guess I can get some help from them, if I will need it.
